Manufacturing of cutter wheel for brush saw

The project is submitting design of technology production of the part from the sheet iron 12050, thickness of 2 mm and production run of 120 000 pieces per year. From the proposed options of manufacturing was determined that the fineblanking technology by vee ring is the most advantageous. The fineblanking manufacture was designed for fineblanking tool which is set on the hydraulic press HSR - 630 X - TRA from producer SCHMID with nominal force 6300 kN. Functional parts of tool are produced of tool steel 19 437. According to economical calculation it was defined the price of the manufactured part on 61,4 Kč.
