The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is solution of rehabilitation in rebuilding and building modification of agricultural building into old people´s home in Jaronice, which is part of village Dubné. Components of this thesis are technical report of equipment of building site, technological directives of building rehabilitation, control and test plans, proposal of technological directive, plan of safety and health protection during labour activity, environmental plan, budget and working timetable.

Diploma thesis focuses on solving of the technological preparation of building modernization of gallery residential building in Prague 1 at Petrska street. The main goal of the thesis is a demolition of the existing building and construction of a new ceiling above the third floor. The paper includes the construction and technological report, technical report for concruction site equipment, technological regulations of demolition works and the ceiling structure above the third floor – there are two design variants of the ceiling structure icluded. The variants contend a comparation of two technologies version of ceiling structure above the third floor. Thesis also includes the inspection and test plans, design of machine arrangement, transport relations, safety and health protect plan, environmental plan, work and time schedule and financial calculation of building modernization

Immunohistochemical analysis of TRC105 effects on the liver fibrosis

The aim of our work was to test the effect of the drug TRC105 (carotuximab) on a fibrotic liver model after 4 weeks of DDC (3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydro-2,4,6-colidine) administration. Collagen deposition and expression of α-SMA, GFAP and endoglin were examined and compared. Animals were divided into 3 groups: control group (n=6), DDC group (n=6) and TRC105 group (n=6). The control group was fed a standard diet, while the DDC and the TRC105 groups were fed a diet with 0.1% DDC. Physiological solution was administered to the control and DDC groups while carotuximab was administered to the TRC105 group. The analysis of fibrosis biomarker expression was then performed on fixed liver sections. Collagen expression was evaluated by Picro-Sirius Red staining and α-SMA, GFAP and endoglin expression by immunohistochemistry with fluorescence imaging. Histological staining of collagen...
