Kombinace nádorové imunoterapie s blokací inhibitorů apoptózy

The aim of this thesis was to study the possibility of combination of cancer immunotherapy with blockade of inhibitors of apoptosis. I described structure, functions, and the effect of these inhibitors on cancer development. Special attention was paid to the ways which can be used to block inhibitors of apoptosis. Finally I suggested the combination of blockade of these inhibitors with MBTA immunotherapy.
Media Issues as a Topic for Children's University Education

This bachelor thesis deals with children´s universities which are one of various forms of informal education in the Czech republic as well as worldwide. They work mainly with gifted children, among other things they also help enrich children´s free-time activities. Most of those activities can be found at Czech universities and their parts. One of those places is the Pedagogical Faculty in České Budějovice which concentrates on various fields that reflect the faculty specialisation. Media education is an important part of the content of the children´s university. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide an overview of children´s universities and then focus on a specific content of one of the lessons introducing children to media issues. In addition to defining goals of media education in school or extracurricular educational levels, the work focuses on designing topics and activities with media issues, especially those that are suitable for children aged from six to fifteen attending children´s universities.
Perceived quality of life among university students

The presented thesis deals with precieved quality of life among university students, specifically with satisfaction and factors that influence it in subjective evaluation. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out how the students of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice evaluate their quality of life. The research was carried out using the SEIQoL method and a semi-structured interview was chosen as an additional method. The criteria for choosing the respondents was intentional, in this case students of bachelor study of the Faculty of Education, specialization Health Education. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals mainly with the quality of life, happiness and well-being. The thesis briefly describes the lifestyle and young adulthood period and its characteristics. The practically oriented part is devoted to the research. The resulting data point to the fact that students evaluate their lives positively. The average quality of life index of these students is 72.8 % and the overall satisfaction rating is 72.6 %. Ethics education on the example of elementary school (on selected elementary school)

The Bachelor work "Etichs education on the example of J. N. Neumann Episcopal Grammar School and Ecclesiastical Primary School" is about introducing etichs education to the elementary schools, metodology of teaching etichs education, the content of the etichs education and the relevance of the etichs education. Etichs education is included to the education program of the elementary schools, but not all schools is teaching etichs as a separand subjekt. The main point of this work is show, through the observation of etichs education on the exapmle on the selected elementary schools, that is possible and appropriate without any strugles this education include in.
