To process your work I have chosen the region of České Budějovice. Because of the vastness of the region, I have narrowed the field to the regional capital of the Czech Budejovice, pressed, Ledenice, RUDOLFOV, Borovany and their immediate surroundings. The specific area is a great natural sights and attractions. Very profitable appear to be the tourism services, focusing on hotel and catering, which complete the overall attractiveness of the selected area České Budějovice. The services are very popular among the guests. Thanks to the services provided by the hotel, tourists can stay for several days. Catering services are of great importance to local residents, but even more important for the tourist, which will save labor and time to prepare meals. With the rapid development of the tourism industry, which brings public and private budgets, many funds are needed to support its heyday. Work will be providing accommodation and catering services in the designated area. The issue will be addressed by both supply and demand side for these services, which will allow me to field research in the form of structured interviews and questionnaires. After the examination results will be compared with secondary data and own observations, I will formulate proposals and conclusions of the work.
