Reinforced concrete structure of a multifunction building

Bachelor thesis is focused on design of two way slab of multiple building, elaborating drawing of shape and reinforcement drawing of solid ceiling tile. Solved ceiling tile is located above 1.NP. Calculation of internal forces is performed by the method of spare continuous beams and compared with results from calculation program SCIA Engineer. Reinforcement drawing are drawn in program AutoCAD with superstructure Recoc. Next part this bachelor deals staircase, which leads from 1.NP to 2.NP, this it is connected to the solved ceiling. Next is assessed internal wall, which is made of brick elements and below it, proposed foundation construction. For calculations has been used norm ČSN EN 1992.

Reinforced concrete slab in parkhouse

The diploma thesis is focoused on design floor slab od parking garage. The floor slab is a typical floor above 1.NP. The elemenst of parking garage are made of část-in-placec reinforced concrete except for stair fligts, which are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete. The output of the diploma thesis is a structural design report, drawings of the shape and reinforcement. Calculations were performer in Scia Engineer 21.1. The drawing documentation was made in the AutoCAD 2014 with the RECOC add-on.

Significance of protein phosphorylation for bacterial cell

Phosphorylation - most common post-translational modification has an important role in many cellular processes of bacteria. Bacteria contain enzymes that are in charge of adding phosphoryl group (kinases) or enzymes with reciprocal activity (phosphatases). Reversible phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of proteins are fundamental for signal transduction from the environment to the cell. These modifications can affect enzymatic activity, protein stability, localization as well as interaction with another protein. Due to the complexity of these phosphorylation networks, bacterial cells are capable to adapt very effectively to changing environmental conditions.

Ways of Using Current Literary Education at Primary School

This thesis is focused on the survey of extracurricular activities of pupils in 4th and 5th school year, related to the current Literary Education. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with Literary Education, its integration into the Framework Education Programme and pays attention on the 1st reading at elementary school. There are also included some methods, forms of work, learning and teaching materials and teacher?s preparation for Literary Education lessons. The main aim of the research is to discover pupils? relationship and attitude to current Literary Education and investigate their interests in extracurricular activities. There are also mentioned concrete primary school teachers? approaches and ways of using current Literary Education in practice.
