Improvement of co-ordination abilities of young school children

Title: lmprovement of co-ordination abilities of young school children. Work objective: The aim of this thesis is to find out, if iťs possible to improve co-ordination abilities of children from elementary school, by adding general development trainings and prove this improvement by co-ordination tests. Method: Research was performed in two 1st classes of elementary school. 8oth experimental and control group were examinated on the biggining of the school year. Then were on the experimental group applied universa! development trainings. At the end of the school year were both groups examinated again with the same tests. Outcomes: From the test results we can see, that the experimental group reached statisticaly better results, than the control groups.
