Multifunctional buliding is designed as a alone standing new buliding in the cadastral area of Žilina on a private plot no. 4518, Alexandra Street Rudnaya. The buidling is situated in the older part of city build in the sixties with the dominanting residental houses. Type of the multipurpose building is dominant with a residental function. The building totaly contains four apartment units. In the ground floor are offices, spaces of surgeries and access to housing and accessories. Each function has a separate entrance, which is designed for handicapped. In the basemnt of the building are designed in a common garage, basement and substation for heating domestic hot water and heating all function in the building. Enterence in to garage is designed from the east side od street Juraja Sklenara. The building is covered wich flat, monotube roof. The building has got rectangular shape which one outlet on the southeast side. Attic roof is 10,75 meters above the ground.

The administration building is designed as a barrier-free standalone new building in the cadastral area of Púchov – city. The designed building has 8 storeys, from which the 1. Floor consists of pantry area, restaurant, club, printing and sales space with their own entrance, 2. Floor, 3. Floor, 4. Floor, 5. Floor, 6. Floor serves as the office space, 7. Floor as the lift service space. In the 1. Sublevel there are composed lay-by and parking areas in number of 23, substation and technical building back-up. The building is settled in the private parcels 49/37, 49/38, 49/68, it is connected to the local road „Námestie slobody“ from the south-west side. Except the building, there is a service road, lay-by and parking areas for the motor vehicles in number of 52, lay-by area for cyclers and green vegetation in the mentioned parcels. The construction of the property is dealt with a monolithic reinofrced concrete skeleton with brick filling, it is covered with flat single roof and it is grounded on the reinforced concrete foundation slab. In the neighbourhood there is a church, residential house-buildings, shops, services, the old riverbed of „Váh“ and a cycle-way. With the height of nearly 30m it will have a status of the city centre dominating feature, after the completion it will create architectural surroundings in the city „Púchov“. By its development, it is expected the increase of work facilities in the mentioned area and improvement of the social services.

Bachelor’s thesis deals with a new family bussines house with design office in the village Kojatín. The aim of this work is to develop design documents for building construction. It is detached building with two floors and terrace. Spaces for design office are disposition separate from residental unit . Two floors are intended for occupancy 4 – 5 persons.

The building with two floors. Premises will be used as a hairdresser's. The building is from the system Porotherm, covered with a gabled roof.

The main goal of this paper is to make project for realization of building according to technical standards, laws, technical regulations for making constructions. Object of the project is a new building of house with establishment. Residential part of the house is designed for five-membered family. Establishment will be used as a massage salon. The house is detached in current housing development. It has two aboveground floors and it is cellarless. Roof construction of the second aboveground floor consists of gabled wooden trusses. Related establishment is roofed by single-coated flat roof. Object is determined for year-long occupation. Design documentation was realized using AutoCAD software.

Bachelor’s thesis called House with an establishment is done as a documentation for building construction. By the establishment is meant office area which is connected to the house functionally. The object is situated in city of Štípa in new build-up area. House plan is not regular. It has two floors above ground and irregular shape. The saddle roof has skylights with different slope angles (26 or 18 degrees). On the west side of the object there are large terraces. Construction solution is systematic, Porotherm. The baseplate construction is made of concrete.

This is a construction of a new family business house. Building has two floors above ground. This family business house will be a permanent home for four people in 2.floor and to operate cafe the 1.floor. Perimeter load-bearing walls are designed from bricks Porotherm 44 P+D. ceiling construction is made from system Porotherm with ceiling inserts MIAKO, roof is sloping saddle at an angle of 35°.

The project has been prepared complete documentation of new building to family business house the level of documentation for building construction. The building is without basement with two floors. House is designed for a family of four to five. Premises will be used as a law office. The building is designed completely from the system POROTHERM. The roof is designed with gable roof. The proposal emphasizes the object static and layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Design documentation was implemented in the program ArchiCAD. The building is designed for year-round living.

The project is completed as a professional docummentation for the planning permission. The project puts emphasis on the static structure and layout, fire safety, noise, safety in use. The proposed project respects the current standards and regulations.
