Preparation of high-valueable gypsum binder
Hájková, Iveta ; Gazdič,, Dominik (referee) ; Fridrichová, Marcela (advisor)
This work is oriented on the preparation of high-voluable sulphate binder based on gypsum waste. One of the potential mineral resources in Moravia is Pregips chemical gypsum, produced by Precheza. This is the raw material, which is characterized by high purity, high quality and is economically acceptable. Beta burned gypsum plaster from this, however, need to modify due to suppression of the high needs of water mixing, which is determined by its morphology. The need for mixing water has a large impact on the strength of gypsum binders. Therefore it is necessary to find a suitable additive, which would reduce the coefficient of water in the preparation of porridge normal consistency.
Preparation and use of blended portland binder for development leveling compound
Kianička, Dalibor ; Gazdič, Dominik (referee) ; Fridrichová, Marcela (advisor)
This thesis aims to design self-levelling floor screeds and thin layer screeds based on ternary binder system containing portland cement, calcium aluminate cement and gypsum with intentional ettringite formation. It also studies the influence of designed mixtures, chemical admixtures and aggregate granulometry on achieved technological characteristics required by standard.
Study of Cement Bypass Dust
Havlík, Leoš ; Fridrichová, Marcela (referee) ; Gazdič, Dominik (advisor)
THE AIM OF THIS THESIS IS THE STUDY OF CEMENT BYPASS DUST. THE WORK IS BASED ON THE THEORETICAL SUBSTANCES OF THE PRODUCTION OF BYPASS DUST AND SYSTEM OF OUTFLOW IN CEMENT FACTORIES IN CZECH REPUBLIC AND THEIR FOLLOWING PROCESSING AND USING. WITHIN THE EXPERIMENTAL PART OF THESE WORK WAS PERFORMED EXTRACTION OF TWO SAMPLES OF BYPASS DUST FROM INLAND CEMENT FACTORIES. EVALUATION WAS MADE BY XRAY DIFRACTION (XRD) ANALYSIS METHOD.
Portland Cement for Road Construction
Vlachovský, David ; Gemrich, Jan (referee) ; Fridrichová, Marcela (advisor)
The field of this diploma thesis is characteristic of cement used in road infrastructure building. In cooperation with the cement plant Horné Srnie, was made previously produced road cement matrix, according to the original recipe. This Diploma thesis is focused on the following characteristics of the cement: the compressive strength, the stiffening process, the volume stability and the development of the hydration heat. The research of the hydration process was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis
Making AFt Stages of Hydration of Cement Mixed with Fluidized Fly Ash
Skřeček, Miroslav ; Dvořák, Karel (referee) ; Fridrichová, Marcela (advisor)
The work focuses possibilities of using FBC ash for composite cements. This thesis is oriented on monitoring and making AFt stages of hydration of composite cements. It is oriented on laboratory preparing of synthetic ettringit and thaumasite.
UTILIZATION OF FBC ASH FOR HYDRAULIC BINDER PREPARATION
Wagner, Štěpán ; Fridrichová, Marcela (advisor)
FBC-ashes, as a waste product of a relatively new technology of combustion, so-called fluidized bed combustion, cannot be used for building materials production in contrast to fly-ashes. Problem rests in their chemical as well as their mineralogical composition. Thought it can be admitted that FBC-ash may be used for preparation of the hydraulic binder with a similar chemical and mineralogical composition, but only in a certain limit of concentration. The first part of this thesis was focused on the potentialities of fluid fly ashes utilization as hydraulic bonding material in preparation of dry mortar mixtures and the second part of works was engaged in research development of burned hydraulic binder of FBC ash. The thesis explores the conjunction between parameters of burning mode and hydraulic binder characteristics.
Synthetic Preparation and Properties of Thaumasite
Klásková, Silvie ; Dvořák, Karel (referee) ; Fridrichová, Marcela (advisor)
This thesis continues in the monitoring of thaumasite thermodynamic stability. It mainly deals with mineral properties and possible ways of its synthetic preparation. Mineralogical composition determined using X-ray diffraction analysis as well as possible impact of sample storage conditions can help further property identification. Based on the obtained radiographs, thaumasite mineral can be well distinguished from the very similar ettringite mineral.
Development of Composite Mortar and Cement Mixtures
Hlavinková, Eva ; Gemrich, Jan (referee) ; Fridrichová, Marcela (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of composition and the study of properties of the ternary binding system based on purposeful ettringite formation, which was subsequently used for the preparation of self-leveling floor materials, specifically self-levelling underlay and thin-layer floor screed. In the designed compositions of the mixtures is then focused attention on optimizing the dosage of two kinds of plasticizer agents, followed by assessing their impact on the technological properties of these materials.
Possibility to reduce CO2 emissions in the production of Portland cements.
Dobrovolný, Petr ; Fridrichová, Marcela (referee) ; Dvořák, Karel (advisor)
This thesis is dedicated to reducing CO2 emissions in the production of portland cement with admixtures II. species. It explores the possibility of using recycled glass as hydraulically active substance dependence pucolanity on progress and how specific surface grinding. The resulting admixture is examined from the chemical, mineralogical and technological perspective.
Monitoring of Phase Transformations During Burning of Building Binders Using the HT-XRD Analysis
Soukupová, Veronika ; Fridrichová, Marcela (referee) ; Gazdič, Dominik (advisor)
Presented bachelor thesis deals with the study of phase transformations during burning of construction binders using HT - XRD diffraction analysis. As a part of the work a measurement, evaluation and subsequent verification of results with theoretical background has been carried out. The suitability of high temperature diffraction analysis for the monitoring of phase transformations in construction binders has been evaluated.
