Utilization of Method of Break-Even Point Analysis in Cost Management

This bachelor thesis deals with the costs of the company and their analysis using the method break-even point. In the theoretical part are defined the key concepts and specified break-even point. The practical part already applied theoretical to the costs of a particular company and subjected to break-even point analysis. Analysis results are then used as a basis for finding recommendations for reducing costs.
