Analysis of costs on the workers in the construction company

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the costs of workers in the construction company. The subject is the definition of the costs of permanent employees and external employees in a particular construction company. The terms wage policy in the Czech Republic, wages and salaries, prices in construction, workers and THP workers are defined. The following section describes the costs that an undertaking has for its permanent employees and the cost it has for external employees. It is also compared whether it is advantageous to hire or have permanent employees. At the end of the work, it is evaluated whether it is preferable to hire or have them as permanent employees. The reasons why the company has it set up in this way are also clarified.

Cost analysis of revolving material

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the costs of the revolving material. The subject is the processing of bid prices for the formwork of a monolithic ceiling structure of a certain family house, including the front of the ceiling, and the subsequent analysis of the efficiency of the purchase and rental of this ceiling formwork. The terms price, costs, pricing strategy of the company, turnover material and efficiency indicators are defined. The practical part processes price offers and CBA analyzes for different situations. Furthermore, the advantages of buying and renting from both the construction company and the company that rents the formwork are compared. At the end of the work, it is evaluated whether it is more advantageous to buy or rent formwork and it is determined why renting formwork from a company that rents formwork is worthwhile.
