Service of documents in administrative proceedings

V ANGLICKÉM JAZYCE The thesis focuses on service of documents in administrative proceedings. At the beginning of the thesis, the used terminology and constitutional framework are defined. The main part deals with the two main forms of delivery, an electronic and a documentary form. Regarding the excessive use of electronic communication in today's society, the electronic form is described in detail. Afterwards, the thesis deals with the issue of the service of documents to foreign countries and defects that may occur during the delivery. Many uncertainties and questions have arisen putting an information system of data boxes and using of data boxes for communication between entities and administrative bodies into operation. The author therefore dedicated a considerable attention to this topic. Attention is also paid to the institute of electronic signature. This institute was adopted in the Czech legislation in accordance with European legislation. Elaborating this thesis, the author used primary legal sources, literature both domestic and foreign origin, and public information sources.

v anglickém jazyce Legal aspects of electronic communication in administrative procedures The dissertation thesis has two basic parts, the first and largest part offers a comprehensive view on electronic communication with public authorities in the Czech Republic and the possibilities of electronic identification. The second part of the dissertation thesis is focused on legal aspect of personal data protection in electronic communication with abovementioned authorities. In both of these parts, the current EU legislation (e.g. eIDAS and GDPR) is taken into account. The first chapter contains an analysis of basic legal terms and institutes in the area of electronic communication and identification as well as in the field of personal data protection (e.g. data message, electronic signature, authentication, personal data and invalidity of delivery). Detailed analysis of legislative development in the area of electronic communication follows. Particular attention is paid to a launch and operation of the data box information system and legal effects of electronically signed (or sealed) documents. Modern myths in nutrition and alternative diets

The bachelor's thesis deals with the most common media-promoted "myths in nutrition" and aims to find out what opinion the general public has on them, whether they eat according to these myths and what arguments they base their beliefs on. The work is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on foreign articles and studies. It is divided according to basic macronutrients and alternative nutritional directions, to which specific myths relate individually. Each myth is presented and its historical sources and arguments that support the myth clarified. Subsequently, the myth is explained and refuted by documented studies and scientific articles. The practical part focuses on the general public. It took the form of a quantitative questionnaire survey and it aimed to find out whether the selected myths have their representatives among the respondents, what information sources are their opinions based on, whether they eat according to these myths and what arguments they use to support them. The evaluated questions are shown in tables and graphs and it turned out that the respondents draw their information on nutrition from 73% of the internet and social media and that they also eat according to their beliefs. V ANGLICKÉM JAZYCE The thesis focuses on service of documents in administrative proceedings, especially with regard to recent issues related to the above mention institute. The aim of the thesis is not only comprehensive characterization of the service of documents in administrative proceedings, but also description of the main problems of the institute, the author attempts to outline the future evolution and to compare a national and union legal systems in relation to the service of documents in legal operations with administrative bodies. The main part of the thesis analyse electronic form of the service of documents, which has started to prevail on the documentary form of the service of documents, because of an introduction of the electronic processes in the public administration. The thesis defines used terminology, which relates to the service of documents, deals with the constitutional framework, describes defects that may occur during the service of documents in legal proceedings, their causes and possible solutions. In the part dedicated to the electronic form of the service of documents in the Czech Republic is dedicated a considerable attention to an information system of data boxes. Reactions of wild-caught adult and naive great tits (Parus major) to colour patterns of seven chosen aposematic insect prey species were studied in laboratory tests. Conspicuous patterns were transferred to palatable prey using paper stickers to test their effects on the reactions of predators and to determine the importance of a colour pattern in the formation of a mimetic complex.

This bachelor's thesis analyzes the Israeli-Palestinian conflict on the territory of the City of Jerusalem since the establishment of the State of Israel until March 2015. The objective of the thesis is to find out whether Jerusalem hinders the resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and if so, then how. Within the framework of this matter, the thesis deals with the issue of main causes of disputes in the Holy City, the position of Jerusalem at the 2000 Camp David Summit, and possible proposals for the future arrangement of the city.

DRÁBKOVÁ, T. Design efficiency standards of behavior and communication to staff customer service centers. Bachelor thesis. PEF Mendel University in Brno 2013. The main aim of my work is to update the standards and parameters for communication with customers in customer centers and make recommendations to improve services and increase customer satisfaction. The theoretical part is based on a thorough study of the literature on communication with customers. The practical part deals with analysis of current methods of customer care and customer satisfaction surveys using a questionnaire survey on the model of ČEZ Customer Services, Inc.. On the basis of this information was proposed recommendations that would lead to increased customer satisfaction.

Reactions of great tits (Parus major) to aposematic insect prey were studied in laboratory tests. Warning patterns and colour signals of seven insect species were modified to test their effects on the reactions of predators and significant diferences among tested patterns were corroborated.
