This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Hopax. Financial situation is assessed according to the selected financial analysis methods. The introductory part of this study contains theoretical knowledge. The practical part presents the company and calculation of financial ratios for the years 2011 to 2015. The main section includes an overall assessment of the financial health of the company and some suggestions that will lead to improvement of the financial situation or to stabilize the current situation.

The analytical part also includes an overall evaluation of the marketing mix of the company. The proposal part contains suggestions based on previous analyses.
