Porosity during welding aluminous alloys
Hájková, Alena ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Sigmund, Marian (advisor)
This thesis deals with the problem of occurrence of porosity in aluminous alloys and the methods of their repair in the company IFE. Theoretical part is aimed on the current state of porosity and the ways in which the be pores can be repaired. Used technologies of repairs are TIG welding and cementing. The practical part consists of experiment in which is used a method of cementing on specific part.
New aspects of MIG/MAG welding
Týn, Zbyněk ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the latest welding technology MIG / MAG. Between which such us method of Cold Metal Transfer or Advanced CMT. These new techniques are mainly used for welding thin sheets. They integrate gradually into the connecting of various types materials and also bulky welded structures. All of this is demonstrated thanks to the management and control of the welding process.
Influence of welding parameters (U,I)on metal transfer during MIG/MAG welding of steel
Bardoň, Václav ; Hála, Michal (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
I was concerned with welding method of gas metal arc welding at inert or active shielding gas MIG/MAG. First of all are described forces interacting with drop of metal inside arc, other part of bachelor work is addicted to basic separation of electric arcs and metal transfers. The last part is addicted to the influence of welding voltage and current for size of welding work areas in different metal transfers and their effects for quality and shape of welding joint.
Welding technology of turbine rotors
Pivoňka, Vít ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
The paper deals with all the possibilities which can be used to weld the rotors of turbines, both the root and the filler welding. All these methods are thoroughly analyzed and their properties are described, especially the size of the heat input by welding of rotors of turbines. Further in this work is described the organization of the structure by means of a metallographic survey and a test of welds and materials, which are performed to check whether the material and the welding method are suitable for welding of rotors of turbines. In the experimental part are described all welds made by different welding parameters, one of these welds is chosen to achieve the best welding of the weld root. This weld is further investigated for hardness and change of microstructure after welding.
Laser micromachining
Láznička, Pavel ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Mrňa, Libor (advisor)
This thesis deals with lasers, their general theory and application. Then a theoretical part describes laser micromachining and engraving. Experimental part of thesis deals with several experiments performed by powered fibre laser which is not primarily intended for the field of micromachining. Experiments were mainly evaluated by several types of microscopes where the amount of removed material was appraised. By particular experiments removed material was in accordance with used working parameters of laser and a significant role plays machining material. It emerges from the experiments that for the field of laser micromachining and engraving shorter pulses are more suitable (minimal pulse duration was 1 ms in experiment) and it is connected even with a way of removing material. Applied powered laser can be used for micromachining in specific fields of production.
Optimization of laser welding of carbide cutting plates on a support tube
Franko, Matej ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Mrňa, Libor (advisor)
My thesis is considering the options of manufacturing of the core drill. One of these options is technology of the laser welding, which was described in details in the theoretical part of this thesis. In applied part of this thesis there were experimentally manufactured two pieces of core drills by using Yb-YAG fibre laser technology. One core drill was used for testing of the welding parameters and in the next step, these parameters were applied in real working conditions and were evaluated in final. Result is written down in the final part of my thesis. The second core drill was welded using the best values measured in the fixture, which was especially designed for this purpose.
Technology design of labyrinth packing lining production
Katolický, Jiří ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
The diploma work is focused to evaluation of contemporary state of sealing system solution of high speed turbine engines in the world and, newly suggesting nontraditional design of labyrinth sealing lining for turbine side of small turbojet engine, including the production technology, technical-economic classification and experimental verification.
Laser welding of the abrasive steel
Sklenář, Zdeněk ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Mrňa, Libor (advisor)
The project, prepared by the engineering study compares the welding abrasive steel HARDOX 400, fiber laser welding method, which will be compared with a MAG welding method and using different protective gases (argon and helium). In the theoretical part, i worked both welding technology's and the issue of high-strength steel. In the experimental part were performed and evaluated by destructive mechanical testing and bending test, the transverse tension test, test macrostructure and microstructure of welds. In conclusion the thesis deduced the final results of the experiment.
Surface hardening of steels by high power diode laser
Bazalová, Lucie ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Mrňa, Libor (advisor)
The master thesis deals with the technology of surface hardening of steels by high power diode laser. The thesis is an experiment of surface hardening of steel 12 050 on various parameters of speed movement of the laser head and used power. At first, the work deals with the possible technology of surface hardening, industrial lasers and possible methods for measuring hardness. It describes the material used and the evaluation of the macrostructure and microstructure of the samples and evaluates the achievement of hardness, depending on the distance from the surface. The results are used to assess the suitability of the parameters during quenching.
Welding clamping device for the robot cell
Doležel, Jakub ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the construction of the welding clamping device for the robot cell. It is divided into two parts – the theoretical part describes welding of aluminium, MIG and TIG methods, welding robots and manipulators. The goal of the thesis is to design and construct the welding clamping device for the robot cell. In the last part of the thesis the return on investment into production of welding clamping device is evaluated.
