Case report on physiotherapeutic care of a patient with total left knee replacement on the left side caused by the gonarthrosis

Title: Case report on physiotherapeutic care of a patient with total left knee replacement on the left side caused by the gonarthrosis. Summary: This thesis focuses on case report of a patient after total left knee replacement. The work contains two parts - the general part and the specialized part. The general part deals with structure, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint, general definition of gonarthrosis, its cause, clinical symptoms and its treatment. It also describes the gonarthrosis, indications and the types of total knee replacement prosthesis. The most important topics of the general part contain descriptions of therapeutic methods and procedures, focused on improving patient's health in the post- operation phase. The specialized part constitutes the main part of this thesis. It is processed via case report form and describes the physiotherapeutic treatment of a specific patient, who underwent a total knee replacement surgery. In the conclusion of the specialized part of the thesis, I evaluate the effects of the theraphy. Financial Management of Non-Profit Organizations

The Bachelor thesis focuses on financial management of non-profit organizations. The theoretical part defines the essence of financial management and non-profit organizations, basic forms and it describes the general development. Legislation containing chapters of establishing, functioning and liquidation of these organizations is introduced first followed by the financial management particular for non-profit organizations (eg. purposes, principles and tools of financial management). The further chapter list possible ways of fundraising with stress on approaching the donators. The remaining chapters introduce the problematics of public relations and manpower management from the point of viex of a non-profit organization. The practical part contains a small survey based on questionnaries targeted at nonprofit organizations. The survey focused on financial management and how the organizations deal with it. The questionnarie show that a great numer of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic need systematical financial management and more information about this issue. Applicable Law in International Commercial Arbitration

Applicable Law in International Commercial Arbitration (Abstract) The aim of this thesis is to analyse the choice of applicable law in the international commercial arbitration from three perspectives: applicable law of an underlying agreement, applicable law of an agreement to arbitrate, and applicable law of procedural aspects of arbitration proceedings (lex arbitri, arbitrability). Furthemore, the thesis is alco focused on elements related to the choice of applicable law, for instance the principle of party autonomy and limits of the choice of applicable law. To answer the main three above-mentioned questions regarding applicable law, comparative method is used and subsequently number of foreign legal regulations on arbitral proceedings as well as arbitral awards and relevant case law are analyzed. Theoretical approaches to the choice of applicable law are therefore confronted with their potential application and modifications in practice.
