The phenomenon of empty gallery

The doctoral thesis deals with the topic of exihibiting of an empty gallery. The problem of the emptiness is presented by using a prism of theory of art, semiotics and phenomenology, more precisely hermeneutics. The matter is in a relation with some remote domains, it tries to give a definition of substance and general rules by exihibiting of the emptiness in a gallery. According to one of the presented propositions the plain emptiness itself comes to be an artwork. By semantics of logic method the text is tryiing to form another proposition about specific emptiness in a gallery that generates artwork naturally. The text tries to reopen the theme of some crucial problems in conceptual art. It presents an explanation of the aplication of conceptual method to general public.

Bachelor thesis entitled illusionist show mimetic environment builds on previous formation and shaping the visual, imaginative perception of spatial objects towards which also serves as a key to the schematic images. Abstract paintings thus become illusive schematic depicting these objects that are interpreted the new language.
New Faces

The project New Faces is a series of portraits dealing with the theme of identity and its loss, human individuality and the phenomenon of ideal of beauty. Each of paintings depict different views on the same face, base on personal confessions of portrayed and his friends. Thus we can observe confrontation of the "subjective" and the "objective", where this supposed "objectivity" acquire the relative value in the context of other pictures. The project points to the problem of self-perception and it explores how human perception distorts the reality, especially if more factors (than just a visual image of reality) affects the person.

Doctoral thesis also presents the special simple void that generates art itself. Finally, the text reopens a polemic within the institutional theory of art. Doctoral thesis criticizes the established terminology related with exposition of the empty gallery.

The series of paintings called Objects of my disinterest relates thematically on my previous work. Things which are depicted on my paintings are simply not objects of "my interest". I don't examine their function their essence or any other overlap. These abstract paintings in which subject alone (slightly indifferent shape) should evoke different associations based on similarity of shape.
