Residential house

The master’s thesis dealt with newly built residential house. The building is located in the Liberec region in the cadastral land parcel number 42/1 in the cadastral area Liberec-Rochlice. Address of the building is 227 Vratislavická Liberec-Rochlice 460 59th Built up area is 655 m2. The new building is located on sloping ground to the south. The building is located on the still undeveloped parcel near residential homes and nursing home. The building is partially basement with four floors. In the basement is the technical support for building, storage and parking facilities. The first two floors are commercial applications for administrative operations. In the third and fourth floor apartments are located. In total there are five residential units for a total of 17 persons. The supporting structure of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete deck Beon C 25/30 B and reinforcement 500th The building is based on the footings of plain concrete C 16/20, and the bases of concrete and plate C 25/30 and the reinforcement B 500th Outer and inner walls are lined walls in the system Porotherm. The roof is designed as a flat. Walk-on part is designed as extensive or as a patio with concrete paving. Nepochúzná part has a stabilizing layer of gravel.
Multi-funkcional building

The study of the multi-functional building in Brno solves the new spaces with the residential and administrative function, and a space for the bookshop. The groundplot is situated in the vacant lot on the street Milady Horákové (town district - Zábrdovice). The building is incorporate between the existing residential houses on a flat terrain. The southwest plot boundary is oriented into the courtyard in the direct of the business center IBC. The object has 7 floors and one underground technical floor, where are situated also the underground garages for the flat owners. The bookshop and the entrance into the building are in the first floor. In the second floor there is the office space. The rest of the building has the residential function.
Reconstrution of the brewery- Boskovice

The aim of the thesis was to design a renewal of old brewery in Boskovice in Blansko county. There is a restaurant with small home brewery, beer spa and multifunctional hall with facilities. Bigger structures built are: extension on the western faccade, which is characterised by its mass turned towards view on the ruins of old Boskovice castle and creation of passage that shortens local walking path. All types of services are accesible for disabled persons. There is a small piece of land next to the building where 6 parking slots are built. Two of them serve for disabled persons.
Apartment building

The bachelor´s thesis "Apartment building" deals with the construction of a residential apartment in Brno, in the borough of Pisárky. The bachelor´s thesis is based on architecture study of luxury housing that was created at second year of study. It was recomended at least 60 m2 of usable floor area for the apartements. The apartment building is located on sloping terrain with original use as a garden area. The building has one underground and tree floors and the building has 8 apartments. Building structure is created of skeleton system on underground and wall system on floors. The building structure is placed on concrete column base and grid foundation.

The bachelor thesis “Apartment building” deals with the construction of a residential building in Brno, Lesna. The house was designed on a sloping surface consisting of several parcels kept the Land Register as a garden. The land is located between the small family houses in Divisova district, terraced houses and panel housing Lesna estate. Property is partially embedded in the ground. It is composed of two rising fuel masses, which are connected in the first ground floor. The building is divided in two parts, the northern half has six floors and southern part has floors four. The supporting structure consists of reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton, completed with Porotherm masonry. The base consists of a reinforced concrete white bath complemented by grid foundations. The roof of the building is flat. Part of the thesis is a model and detail solutions stair railing.

A draft of poly-functional building on Milada Horakova street in Brno Zabrdovice designs a new building with a residential, administrative and social function (coffee bar with gallery). This building is situated in a gap site between two older residential buildings on a flat terrain. The house is designed as an eight-floor building with counter roof and one technical – underground floor. A load-bearing construction consist of a reinforced concrete skeletal system and an inside reinforced concrete hardening core, around staircase that goes through all floors. The passageway connecting a street and an inside court goes through this building and there is also placed an underground system for parking cars.

The Bachelor´s thesis on theme Multi-funkcional building deals with the construction of a building with associated functions in Brno-Zábrdovice, Milady Horákové on a plot located in the gap with the original purpose of undeveloped courtyard. It is a multi-storey building with a basement and seven floors. The property has an underground garage which is soluted by systems stackers. As the supporting structure is selected reinforced concrete skeleton system with reinforced concrete reinforcing core. The base structure consists of white bath supplemented with foundation passports and bored piles. The roof is designed as a single-ply flat roof. Part of this thesis was to anchore solutions hanging facade with movable panels of plexiglass. Living space and rentable commercial spaces occupy most of the building.
