Fates of the Castle of Zelená Hora during the 20th Century

During its whole existence, Green Mountain castle played an important role in the history of our country. At the opening part this bachelor's thesis describes and explaines the methodology of work, than it is concerned with the oldest and also the later history of the castle. The principal part of the thesis affects the inflictions adherent to quite recent events that fatally touched the object in the course of the twentieth century. The social and political conversions that came in the twentieth century at the territory of our republic mirror clearly in the fate of the castle (birth of the Czechoslovakia, the World War II, the rise of the communist regime, the velvet revolution …). Title of Thesis Prescription of antibiotics and antibacterial chemotherapeutics of selected doctors in the Vysocina Region This work concerns the problems of prescription of antibiotics in the out-patient care. It analyzes the possibility to use pharmaceutical database for monitoring and evaluation of medical prescription at regional level. It is well known that the portion of antibiotics in the total prescription in Czech Republic is higher than would be optimal and therefore methods for minimization of excessive prescription of antibiotics are now intensively being searched. In this work we focused on the evaluation of prescription of antibiotics during years 1995 to 2008 for 35 general practitioners for adults and for 20 general practitioners for children. The data for prescription analysis was taken from the pharmaceutical database Medico, from 15 pharmacies in Vysocina region. For evaluation of the prescription patterns we used so called prescribing indicators. We have found out that during years 1995 to 2008 the drugs of the first choice in the treatment was gradually substituted by the alternative...

Future professional trajectory of students at grammar schools

The work is focused on desision-making about the next university studies and future profession of the students at grammar schools and maps the situation in our country and the situation in foreign countries, especially Europen, it is focused on comparison of posibilities of studies in the Czech Republic and in Europe.. The research took place in the time period of November - October 2018 in Pilsen region. The main objective of the exploration was to map the situation of the desision-making about future profession of the students of grammar schools. The partial objectives were to map the reasons that influence the most the desision-making about future profession, to discover the differences between students of four-year and more-year form of the schools and what is the proportion of the students who change their high school during their studies at grammar school and to find the proportion of the students who want to continue their stuies at university. The paper analyses the opinions of the respondents - students of the graduation grades of two grammar schools and the data gived by the leaders of these schools.
