The diplom thesis deals with determining the value of the company ZDAR, a.s. by using income-based method at 1. 1. 2021. The work includes strategic and financial analysis, a subsequent summary of data in the SWOT analysis, from which we identify the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the selected company. The subsequent valuation of the company is determined using the discounted cash flow method.

Risk Factors of Professional Contamination

The goal of my study was to identificted the mostcontagious job-related diseases and to find out the leading cause of infection spreaded among graduate nurses working in an ICU and resuscitation ward in the hospital. My intention was to find out core safety standarts on specific ward , if it is kept at disposition and every nurse practitioner is familiar with it and practitionary meassures has been obtained. Theoretical part focuses on dilemma of job-related infectious diseases (professional inf.diseases) and describes terms related to this problem. Empirical evidence concentrates on results of applied research. Obtained information are the basis of further specified goals and hypothesis verification.
