Training needs analysis of teachers at upper primary schools

SUMMARY: This bachelor thesis is aimed at training needs analysis of teachers at upper primary schools. The first part of thesis defines the basic concepts associated with the profession of the teacher and their further education. It also aimed at the training needs analysis process in general and the specific educational needs of teachers. The practical part of this thesis presents the results of own research which I gained by performing questionnaire survey among teachers at upper primary school and by interview with the director of the school. Based on this are educational needs of teachers at the upper primary school analyzed.
