The aim of this thesis is valuation of the brewery Krakonoš spol. s r.o. to the 31st December 2014. The thesis consists of four parts. Next parts focuse on financial, strategic analysis, financial plan, including generators of value, and business valuation of the Krakonoš spol. s r.o. As the main valuation method was used DCF Equity, like one of the yield methods

The goal of the thesis is valuation of the company Prestige Real s.r.o. The date of the valuation is 1.1.2016. The thesis consists of several parts. In the first part there is basic information about the company followed by strategic and financial analysis and evaluation of going concern principle. Subsequently, the financial plan for 2016 to 2020 is prepared, which serves as a foundation for final valuation. The valuation of the company is performed by two methods. The primary method is DCF entity method and the secondary is method using industry multiples.

Aim of bachelor thesis is to define the financial situation and health of the chosen company. As a tool for this analysis serves commonly used methods and procedures that are applied in the financial analysis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the purpose, resources, users and methods of financial analysis. Furthermore, it contains a description of the horizontal and vertical analysis, selected ratios, credit scoring and bankruptcy models and methods of benchmarking. In the practical part there are introduction of the selected company and application of methods and procedures contained in the theoretical part. Emphasis is placed on interpretation and graphical representation of results, comments on the causes of development and recommendations for the management of the company.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of Citfin, spořitelní družstvo to date 31.12.2013 for the purpose of strategic decision regarding the future functioning concept of the coop. The work includes a profile of the cooperative followed by financial and strategic analysis. Financial plan is based on the findings from the financial and strategic analysis. The valuation is based on asset analysis, additionally on yield analysis and market comparison.

Financial analysis and financial plan of company Beiersdorf spol. s r. o.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company Beiersdorf spol. s r.o. during the time period from 2008 to 2013 and to compare it with the beauty care retail sector represented by the chosen competitors. Another objective of this thesis is to create financial plan for the year 2014. This thesis is divided into methodological and practical part. The methodological part describes the processes used by the financial analysis and while creating the financial plan. The practical part characterises the company Beiersdorf and the chosen competitors, which are L'Oréal, Colgate -- Palmolive and Procter & Gamble. Moreover, it includes horizontal and vertical analysis, calculations of the financial ratios of profitability, activity, liquidity and solvency and bankruptcy and the creditworthiness model. Finally, the one-year financial plan for the year 2014 is created.

This bachalor's thesis is focused on analysis of selected financial indicators of Big Four, which is performed between 2010 and 2013. The thesis consists of two parts, the methodical and the practical. In the methodical part is the objective to outline the nature , objectives and methods of financial analysis and most of the time is devoted to individual financial indicators . The practical part contains the performance of the Big our and then especially the application and interpretation of the indicators mentioned in the methodical part. There will be the benchmarking for each indicator within the Big Four.

The purpose of this thesis is to perform a financial analysis and evaluate the financial situation of the company Čedok, a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts, methodical and practical. The methodical part contains particular indicators and techniques used in the practical part to make a complete reflection of the financial situation in the company. The company is persued for the last three financial years (from 2010 to 2012). The source of information are annual reports of the company. This thesis also contains a complement deals with intercompany comparison of selected indicators with its competitor, EXIM Tours, a.s. The end of thesis includes a complete evaluation of results achieved from practical part, suggestions and recommendation to improve the financial situation in the company.

It is followed by description of the holding and its particular subsidiaries, along with ownership structures among them. In the third chapter there is a practical part of the thesis, which is financial analysis itself. Gathered data are collected from annual reports. SWOT analysis is the last part of the thesis.

This bachelor thesis discusses about an issue of the financial analysis of the company Hamico, s.r.o. in the period 2010 -- 2013. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and the practical. In theoretical part, there are the meaning and purpose of the financial analysis described and chosen indicators and methods, that will be subsequently used, are defined and analyzed. In the practical part, there is in the first place the introduction of the company and then, there will be the financial analysis by using the indicators and methods described in the theoretical part.
