This master´s theses is concerned with a recognition of an economic situation „IVes, l. t. d.“. For the valuation were used techniques of financil analysis, fixing hazards, which affect the company. Their real impact on progress of company, afterwards valuation gained finding and formation of the offer, which will make improvement of situation at the market for the next season.

The title of my thesis is "Risk management as a tool for commercial risk insurance management in an insurance company" in which risk management in commercial risk insurance is discussed with an emphasis on natural hazards insurance, especially the risk of fire. The thesis deals with the possibility of a positive impact on the loss ratio of an insurance company by working with a business case from its acceptance to insurance, through measures to extend the scope of insurance to the evaluation of the proposed measures.
