The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design multigenerational family house, which is situated in the village Nemošice near Pardubice. This is a two-story building with partial basement. The building is designed for housing 4-6 persons. The house is built of brick Porotherm systém, the roof is flat. In first floor in main part of house is the living room, garage for two parking spaces and storage of garden furniture. In the second part of first floor is a separate dewelling unit. In the second floor is a space for sleeping and rating. In the basement are storage rooms, utility room and workshop.

The building is designed for 540 students. The building is built of brick Heluz system, the roof is flat. Each floor is hygienic facilities for both boys, girls, and for teachers and for persons with reduced mobility. In the ground floor are locker rooms, classrooms and sanitary facilities. In second floor are classrooms, facilities for teachers and cabinets. In the third floor are ordinary and specialized classrooms and fourth floor is engine room for air conditioning, and classrooms.
