This bachelor’s thesis describes the proposal of a database for a manufacturing company. That decided to replace its existing database which is in inadequate state. In the first part is the theoretical background of the problem. Next part is analysis of manufacturing processes which leads to requirements on database. At the end is my own database solution.

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is to create a marketing plan proposal for Maralex trade s. r. o. and subsequent implementation of these marketing stategies in the management of the company including economic evaluation of the situation. This company sells humorous gifts especially through the online store DárkyHry.cz The first part focuses on the theory of marketing planning. In the second part, attention is paid to the company and its desription. Subsequently, in the practical part is to analyze current situation of company and a formulating a marketing plan. Conclusion of the work will be devoted to my own designs solutions and economic evaluation.
