Care of women during termination of pregnancy for congenital developmental defect.

The bachelor thesis deals with prenatal diagnosis, congenital developmental defects and their screening examination and subsequent nursing care of a female patient who has been diagnosed with developmental defects of the fetus. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on knowledge about prenatal diagnosis and its importance and subsequent screening examinations, which are part of it. There are the components of ultrasound examinations, biochemical examinations and invasive and non-invasive examinations described in the thesis. This thesis reports on congenital developmental defects at both - chromosomal and morphological - levels. There are causes of the occurrence of these defects, their division and their manifestations described in the thesis. There are also possibilities of termination of pregnancy mentioned in the end of the theoretical part. The second part of the thesis, the practical part, is focused on a case study. Female Sexual Needs during Pregnancy

This presented Bachelor thesis deals with the female sexual needs during pregnancy. Given the focus of the thesis, in the theoretical part is described the sexuality of the woman, the sexuality during pregnancy period and here is also found the history of human sexuality and the history of sex during pregnancy. The practical part is devoted to research. In total, four goals were set. The first objective was to find out if pregnancy had an effect on women's sexual needs, the second was to find out whether sexual life was changing during pregnancy, and third and fourth targets focused on informing women about sexuality during pregnancy and about the sources of information. On the basis of the objectives set, research questions were selected. A method of qualitative research was chosen to elaborate the research part. Data collection was conducted using semi-structured interviews with women within five years of delivery. The research sample consisted of ten women and the interview contained ten open questions. The obtained data were analyzed by the hand-coded method, paper and pencil. The results of research have shown that sexual appetite changes during pregnancy. Changes in structure of Prague's households during years 1991 - 2011

Since 1989, the Czech Republic has undergone many changes not only in politics and economics, but society has also undergone a major transformation. As a result of the second demographic transition, the number of complete family households has been decreasing and at the same time new forms of households such as singles or transitory urbanites have been emerging during the transformation period. The population has been going old. Since the end of socialism, together with urban processes such as suburbanization, gentrification, or international migration, Prague has undergone changes in the spatial differentiation of the city. The aim of this thesis is to find out changes of households deployment in the capital city Prague, in the period between 1991 and 2011 and reasons for these changes, as well. The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical background focused on the second demographic transition, processes that form today's city and theoretical concepts regarding residential mobility. The empirical part, based on data from the population census analyzes the change of individual types of households in Prague.
