The goal of this work is to create project documentation for building purposes. The building itself is a family house in Jihlava, which has one underground floor and two above. The house is suitable for 4 - 5 family members and for all-year living. The object will be connected to public sewerage and public sources of water, gas and electricity. Auditorial places will be located at the land outline in prebuilt niche, which is going to be part of the fencing. The object is located on building estate no. 5504 in Jihlava periphery. Land area is 800 m2 and built-up area counts 196 m2. The building is made of ceramic shaped bricks POROTHERM 36,5 T PROFI, underground floor is finished of CSB 30 bricks. The whole object is roofed with flat roof.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is creating a construction documentation for a detached house with a garage and a hairdressing salon. On the lower ground floor there is a cellar, technical room and a few recreation rooms. The hairdressing salon and common areas for the inhabitants are located on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor should serve as a rest area for the inhabitants. The whole building is two-story with a cellar. Vertical supports are made of permanent framework concrete prefabricates and a POROTHERM system, ceillings are purely of POROTHERM system. Roofing of the building is designed as one layer flat roof. The building is situated in moderate, almost flat terrain.

On the 1st floor, there is a hairdresser and a living room for daily use, the rest of on the 2nd floor with bedrooms and children's rooms. Housing unit is designed for 2 adults and 2 children.

The topic of this thesis is to design the new building of the family house in Zbraslav. This work aims to develop design documents for building construction. The new building is intended for permanent housing of five member family. The building has 2 floors and basement. Garage is a part of a house. The building is constructed of system KM Beta Sendwix. Object is insulated by ETICS system. The roof of the house is a pent, ventilated double shell with a slope of 12,5 % plotter with trussed rafter. The total construction area is 187,17 m2. Drawing part processed in a computer program AutoCAD.
