Use of model ecosystems near Chomutov in basic education

This paper focuses on the teaching of eco-tour by cyclo around Chomutov in basic education. The main objective of my DP is a cycling tour with a focus on the comparison of selected characteristics of ecosystems occurring in the area. As I chose the selected ecosystems - meadows and pastures, forests and water bodies. Selected location near Chomutov offers direct observation of these ecosystems provide a number of paths for nontraditional ways of teaching, using bicycle wheels. Developed materials include design incentive hours for after-school teaching materials in the field and the draft final hours. For after-school education in the field are handled by individual worksheets ecosystems - meadows and pastures, forests and water bodies. Besides these main worksheets, I created a set of other activities in the outdoors. They are practicing first aid package of games and competitions designed for environments and other attractions that can fill the time spent in nature. Next, I created a complete methodological guide for teachers, which are summarized in detail all the information for planning, progress and completion of the excursion. Crime of Stalking under section 354 of the Czech Criminal Code

This thesis is focusing on the topic of the crime of stalking under section 354 of the Czech Criminal Code (Act. no. 40/2009). The offence of stalking captures in its merit the harmful psychological and social phenomenon known under the name stalking. Aim of this thesis is to provide comprehension of the offence of stalking particularly in the context of the phenomenon on its broad forensic psychological level. The conclusions about the crime itself are then derived from the observations made while examining stalking in its whole complexity. Aim of this thesis is also providing suggestions through comparison of the Czech legislation and legislations of selected foreign countries. The topic of this thesis in opened with proper definition of the term stalking followed by and insight of its understanding and concept in the course of centuries. Moving towards modern era, evidences contradicting common myths associated with stalking phenomenon are given, following the historical background. Following chapters deal with the perpetrators of stalking and introduce the problematics of stalking in the light of forensic psychology. Correction of Myopia and Myopic Astigmatism by Implantation of Phakic Posterior Chamber Implantable Collamer Lens

Aim: We analysed two years results in patients with correction of moderate-to-high myopia or myopic astigmatism by implantation of posterior chamber phakic intraocular Impantable Collamer Lens (ICL). Methods: To the retrospective study were included 63 eyes of 32 patients (3 men, 29 women), who underwent implantation of ICL between 2007 - 2016 in the outpatient Department of Ophthalmology clinic, University Hospital in Hradec Králové, to correction moderate-to-high myopia or myopic astigmatism. We assess uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) and best spectacle-corrected visual acuity (BSCVA), subjective refraction, intraocular pressure (IOP), endothelial cell density (ECD) and the incidence of complications in the two years follow-up period. Results: At the time of implantation the mean patient's age was 28,14 ± 5,35 years (range 21 to 36 years). The mean preoperative subjective refraction improved from -7,8 ± 2,7 D sf (range - 14 to -3,25 D sf) and -0,65 ± 0,8 D cyl (range -3,25 to 0 D cyl) to -0,01 ± 0,1 D sf (range -0,75 to 0 D sf) and -0,05 ± 0,16 D cyl (range -0,55 až 0 D cyl). The mean ECD value was 3270,5 ± 454,7 cells/mm2 (range 2155 to 4201 cells/mm2 ) compared to 2803,4 ± 441,8 cells/mm2 (range 2079 to 4184 cells/mm2 ) at the end of our follow-up period. Influence of Pilates method on the function of the deep stabilization system with professional instructors

Title: Influence of Pilates method on the function of the deep stabilization system with professional instructors Objectives: The main aim of the thesis was to prepare a test battery to evaluate HSSP activation of instructors of Pilates method. Subsequently, to evaluate the data obtained in testing phase and then conclude whether the statement that Pilates method positively affects the HSSP is true. As sub-goals, I aimed to find out the reason why they decided to become Pilates instructors, and to map the locations of training centers that provide courses of this method. Methods: In the thesis, practical testing according to test battery prepared for the specific purposes of this study was used. Questionnaire was used as well. In order to verify the truthfulness of the research hypotheses, the software Microsoft Excel version 2010 was used. In processing the data from the questionnaire survey, software Google Forms was used in addition to Microsoft Excel version 2010. The results were then processed into tables and charts. The thesis contains elements of experimental studies. Results: Data obtained from the test battery showed that the Pilates method has a positive influence on the HSSP of Pilates instructors. Home therapy of patient with utilization of stabilometric platform

The theme of this thesis is using stabilometric platform Nintendo Wii Balance Board to home therapy of balance. The therapy utilizes visual biofeedback. Visual biofeedback is important for maintaining balance. All the studies which were used in this work and deal with this issue, are demonstrating the positive impact of visual feedback for stability. Authors of numerous studies indicate the possibility of using commercial gaming system for this type of therapy. They often mention Kinect, Nintendo and PlayStation. These gaming systems are based on virtual reality which allows to expose the patient to situations that are difficult for them. It enables the training of these situations. Nowadays, the difficulty of created situations is the subject of many discussions. Fast interaction is often necessary for commercial games, and therefore they may not always be an appropriate therapy tools. On this initiative, special programs were created and designed specifically for the therapy. The theoretical part describes three programs which are useful for home therapy of stability or have the potential for that.
