The development of prosocial skills for children with visual impairments in preschool
SCHÖNBERGEROVÁ, Veronika
The bachelor thesis deals with the development of prosocial skills in preschool-aged children with visual impairment. Prosocial skills are very important in human life; therefore we should develop these skills in children in a playful and entertaining form. The main goal of my bachelor thesis was to design a work procedure for group practice and reinforcement of prosocial skills in preschool aged children with vision disorders and to develop a theme of communication and social relations within the school educational programme of the Kindergarten for Children with Vision Disorders in České Budějovice. To achieve the main objective I have created five original worksheets focussed on the development of prosocial skills. When creating the worksheets, I followed the phases of the educational process and basic pedagogical principles. Verification of the worksheets was conducted in the above mentioned kindergarten. The objective of these worksheets was a training to distinguish the voice of a boy/girl, training of greetings and addressing of children, development of self-confidence and trust in others, strengthening of relations among children, collaboration among children and development of the art of helping each other. The research population was formed by two teachers of the kindergarten, one boy with a vision disorder and a group of his peers in the class who attend the Kindergarten for Children with Vision Disorders in České Budějovice. The outcome of my bachelor thesis is an original working material. Based on the evaluation of the worksheets and feedback from the teacher, it was established that the worksheets were a contribution to the development of prosocial skills of preschool aged children with vision disorders. On the basis of the observations and verification of the worksheets I conclude that the course of activities is very much influenced by the amount of time devoted to them. If the prescribed time was adhered to, children were able fully to concentrate on the game. It has been verified that when the time of thirty minutes was exceeded, children were tired and their attention was reduced. It has been confirmed during the activities that one of the possible risks is intolerance to the scarf on the eyes. This risk occurred only in one girl who also refused other offered alternatives to cover her eyes (closing her eyes, covering the eyes with her own hands). Thus this girl did not participate in the role, in which she would have to be blindfolded, however, she happily took part in other games. After the individual activities finished, I received feedback from the children. The children kept asking about when we would play another game, from which I conclude that they liked the games and they were interested in them. The games also rose interest in the teachers. One of the teachers directly participated in one of the activities since she wanted to try this game herself. After each game, I received feedback from the teachers. From these feedbacks I learned that the games were unique for the children and that was why they liked so much playing them. The teachers stated that they considered the worksheets very well prepared since it could be seen that children enjoyed the games and the teachers stressed that do not have available in their classroom worksheets specified in the development of prosocial skills. The worksheets I have developed remain available to the teachers in the Kindergarten for Children with Vision Disorders in České Budějovice. However, they could also be made available to teachers who integrate preschool aged children with vision disorders in mainstream education. Also, they may be used by teachers who work in mainstream kindergartens with intact children.

Schopnost šíření a uchycování rostlin a jejich vliv na druhové složení lučních společenstev
VÍTOVÁ, Alena
Mechanisms maintaining species diversity in managed meadows are not still well understood. To assess the effect of several important factors on species composition of meadow communities, species regeneration abilities were studied in the course of several years. The research was based on manipulative experiments, where species establishment and survival in seed addition experiments as well as during natural regeneration was observed. By comparison of species establishment in intact and disturbed vegetation, effect of dispersal limitation, abiotic conditions and competition was assessed as well as regeneration ability of different functional groups.

Cultural Anthropology in Nursing
CARBOLOVÁ, Marcela
Cultural anthropology as a scientific field studying diverse cultures has been incorporated into the field of nursery and it helps medical professionals to acquire specific cultural information enabling them to provide appropriate, efficient, individually-based care, support in health as well as in illness to the individuals and communities from a different cultural environment. The Czech Republic carried out investigation of diverse ethnic groups but did not implement investigation of the specific needs of the Polish minority group. The objective was focusing on mapping the approach of the Polish nationals to their health, on identification of their lifestyle, their approach to prevention, their attitude to home care and the specifics in the approach to dying. Hypotheses: H1 Statistically, the Polish minority group population with higher education shows better results in their approach to their health than the Polish minority group population with elementary education. H2 Younger women of the Polish minority group population with elementary education are more prone to agree with the statement on importance of attending preventive examinations by gynecologist than older women. H3 Based on the statistical assessment the Polish minority group population with higher education gives higher preferences for preparation of meals and catering based on both cuisines (Czech and Polish) than with elementary education. H4 Men of the Polish minority group population occasionally consuming alcohol are statistically significantly prevailing over women of the Polish minority group population occasionally consuming alcohol. H5 The older Polish minority group population has higher frequency of activities with the family than the younger Polish minority group population. H6 The confession of faith of the Polish minority group population significantly affects their approach to abortion compared to the nonbelieving population. H7 Older women of the Polish minority group population give more frequent preference to home care services than men of the Polish minority group population. H8 Women of the Polish minority group population more frequently require attendance of family members when dying than men. Methodology: The research part of the work was carried out by the method of quantitative research investigation. The selected set consisted of 277 persons. The results: 94,90 % of the respondents agree that they take care of their health. However, H1 regarding approach to health was not confirmed. By comparing the results of the investigation we found out that more than 75 % of the respondents take proper prevention in all cases. H2 focusing on prevention was confirmed. The level of consummation of vegetable and fruit in case of the Polish national minority group is higher than the level of the Czech population. H3 was confirmed by testing. H4 connected with consummation of alcohol was not confirmed. This was confirmed in the research investigation; however, H5 was not confirmed. The result of 88.40 % respondents who confessed their faith has not impacted the result of H6 which was not confirmed. The objective of the work included also identification of the attitude and experience with home care agency which was indicated by 46.60 % respondents. H7 was not confirmed. We were surprised by the identified attitude of the respondents to their faith in live after death, to attendance of family members or a priest in case of dying when in all cases more than 20% respondents responded that they did not know. H8 was not confirmed by testing. Conclusion: The thesis gives a summary of information on the Polish national minority group living in the Těšín region of Silesia. The final thesis outlines a proposal for a Standard of nursery care of the Polish national minority group. The results of the research investigation will be also presented at conferences. This thesis may be used by students of the nursery field as a teaching material.

Education of a patient with Atopic Dermatitis
ČERVENÁ, Jana
The topic of this bachelor´s work is {\clqq}Education of a patient with atopic dermatitis``, and deals with education of patients performed by nurses working at outpatient departments of dermatology. There were objectives and hypotheses determined for the work and then verified with the help of a quality research. As an instrument of the research a questionnaire was used for the patients visiting outpatient departments of dermatology in Vysočina and Středočeský regions. Another instrument of the research used here was a structured interview with nurses as a group of research working at outpatient departments of dermatology in Vysočina and Středočeský regions. The objective of the research was to determine if the patients with atopic dermatitis are satisfied with education of nurses, and to find out the forms of education of the patients with atopic dermatitis. After handing out the questionnaires, information was processed and consequently hypotheses either confirmed or disconfirmed The research showed that the patients are satisfied with nurses education concerning atopic dermatitis. The first hypothesis was verified by the research. We found out that nurses educate the patients in atopic dermatitis in the form of information leaflets. The second hypothesis was verified as well. The research confirmed that the patients search for information about atopic dermatitis in a very active way, which, at the same time, verified the hypothesis number three. This disorder belongs to demanding life situations both emotionally and mentally. A nurse task here is to offer her empathetic and holistic approach and participate in health improvement of the patient. In the course of education, a nurse completes and affects the knowledge, abilities, approach and behaviour of the patient to encourage his own effort and help him this way to improve his health condition.

The Determinants of Software Piracy in European Countries
Kozlova, Alina ; Janíčko, Martin (advisor) ; Babin, Jan (referee)
This thesis's main focus is to test the influence of selected growth factors on the rate of software piracy in 25 European countries. The model uses the following determinants: GDP per capita, the Gini coefficient, GNI per capita, gross domestic spending on research and development, the share of labor force with tertiary education, index of economic freedom, intellectual protection rights index and internet coverage. Based on data for the years 2007 - 2011 I present 5 econometric models, which are estimated with the help of a panel regression. It turns out that economic factors such as GDP and GNI per capita, have a negative impact on the piracy rate and annual growth of internet users supports increasing level of piracy. The other determinants do not significantly affect the piracy of software, but the negative direction of the growth of the workforce educational level on piracy was confirmed.

To assess these phenomena was used calorimetric method used for measuring hydration heat cement mixture. Further measurements plasticity mixtures and mechanical and physical methods for measuring the compressive strength with the help of a measuring instrument LRU-D.

Childbirth formerly and today
SVOBODOVÁ, Kateřina
This bachelor paper deals with the development of obstetrics since the very beginnings when all connected with birthgiving was tinged with something ``mysterious, empirical{\crqq} up to the present day when obstetrics is grounded on many facts. The care for the birthgiving woman is continuously innovated. First, the birthgiving woman was taken care of by older women of her family who had already given birth to their children and had therefore experience they could pass further. Nowadays it is the midwives who take care of the woman during her delivery. As well as in the past women close to the birthgiving woman the midwives are with the woman and they try to make the delivery easier for her. The development is still progressing but there is still the fact that a delivery is a situation when health is at stake, for both the newborn and the woman. The survey aimed at drawing an outline of the development of the care provided to the birthgiving woman. The methodology of the paper is a semi conducted interview. The first variant of the interview was prepared for woman who gave birth 50 years ago, 20-25 years ago and for woman who gave birth 7 years ago. The second variant was prepared for midwives without the difference of age. When interviewing women having given birth 20-25 years ago I was very surprised by their unified opinion. They agreed on the fact that the care for them and the attitude of the medical personal was inadequate to them. They were very malcontent. Mostly they complain about the first stage, when they had to lie on the bed, mostly with a drip-feeding. On the other hand women having given birth 50 years ago were satisfied with the care they had during their delivery. The greatest satisfaction is however declared by women who gave birth 7 years ago, who consider the medical personnel obliging and regardful. Especially they speak about the possibility of movement which was not allowed to women 20 years ago. The interviews with midwifes confirm that the development in obstetrics is progressing. Midwives who entered their employment after 1990 claim that competencies are increasing while older midwives claim the contrary, they say that at the beginning of their carreer their competences were greater than they are today. However all midwives agree that women nowadays are more informed on delivery than they used to be. Unfortunately, they are sometimes overinformed so that they do not know what to choose. Therefore the midwives recommend prenatal courses organised by the materninty clinic where it is the midwife of the particular clinic who informs women on possibilities and procedures which are recommended and carried out at the clinic. The survey has therefore shown, that the care for birthgiving woman is improving. And women are very satisfied at present.

Mimicking of thiram metabolism using electrochemistry hyphenated with mass spectrometry
Jaklová Dytrtová, Jana ; Jakl, M.
On-line hyphenation of a home-made electrochemical cell with an electrospray ionization mass spectrometer (EC-ESI-MS) was investigated to be applicable in mimicking of thiram (T) metabolism. The EC-ESI-MS instrumental approach confirms the creation of the first metabolic product of T (Tm). Tm is created via the decay of the disulfide bond. The catalytic effect of copper originated from the copper working electrode to this reaction is discussed.

Specifics of international road freight transport in specific area
Térová, Lucie ; Novák, Radek (advisor) ; Medveď, Jan (referee)
The aim of the thesis is to analyse the German Act on the Regulation of a Minimum Wage, which affects Czech hauliers operating in Germany. First of all, macroeconomic and microeconomic issues in the field of road transport and of course the specifics of German Act (MILOG) are described. Secondly, the main effects of the law on business are analysed in case of the Czech haulier ¨Dítě Spedition s.r.o.¨ In the following, an increase in operating costs of the company according to the MILOG is calculated. Moreover, there is a prediction of potential scenarios in case of confirmation of legality of MILOG applying to the international road freight transport. In conclusion, the main arguments why the act is contrary to the basic principles of the single European market are explained.
