Effect of pelvic floor muscles in the deep stabilization system
KOTALÍKOVÁ, Kateřina
The bachelor thesis deals with back pain issues from the viewpoint of function. Backbone is an articulated axial organ and its stability, in addition to passive structures, is secured with long multi-articular muscles but their stabilization function is not sufficient. The stability is further improved with other muscular groups called a deep stabilization system (DSS). DSS in the trunk is made up on the dorsal side with short musculi multifidi, cranially with the diaphragm, ventrally with musculus transversus abdominis and caudally with the pelvic floor. The objective of the theoretical part has been to map the existing methods which affect the deep stabilization system with involvement of pelvic floor. The theoretical part contains an anatomic description of individual components of DSS, available methods of examination and particularly methodical procedures focusing on affecting of the system, mainly by involvement of pelvic floor. The objective of the practical part was to find out whether the pelvic floor has any influence on activation of the deep stabilization system and also what is the effect of gender on the involvement of pelvic floor in the course of performed physiotherapeutic procedures. The thesis has used the method of qualitative research. The research was conducted on 4 probands from my environs, who suffered from occasional pain in the backbone area and who were in the entry examination diagnosed with a disorder of frontal stability of the backbone. The monitoring lasted for ca. 2 months. The deep stabilization system was involved in all the probands. The first impulse for it, however, was the activation of pelvic floor. The therapy was concluded with a final examination which has shown that it was important to involve pelvic floor in order to activate the deep stabilization system (DSS). This has also contributed to the fulfillment of the objective in the research part. The results have been processed in the form of case studies. The bachelor thesis can be used in clinical practice of physiotherapists and some parts of it can be used as an educational material for patients.

Vačkář, David ; Frélichová, Jana ; Lorencová, Eliška ; Pártl, Adam ; Harmáčková, Veronika Zuzana ; Loučková, Blanka
EU biodiversity strategy to 2020 requires Member States in 2014 to map and assess the state of ecosystems and their services in its national territory. At the same time, the economic value of these services should be assessed (Goal 2, Action 5, Improve knowledge of ecosystems and their services in the EU). In connection with this commitment we present methodology, which aims to provide a coherent conceptual framework and basic principles for the assessment and valuation of ecosystem services in the Czech Republic. The aim of the methodology is providing basic principles and procedures for assessing and monitoring the status of ecosystem services, especially with regard to the preparation and implementation of the national assessment of ecosystem services. The methodological framework for the assessment of ecosystem services in the Czech Republic supports the Ministry of the Environment as the basis for the development of strategies and policies in the field of biodiversity conservation, especially in relation to Section 79, para. 2 (a) of the Act no. 114/1992 Coll., On Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended.

Zpracování a interpretace výnosových map jako podklad pro agronomické rozhodování
Širůček, Petr
Diploma thesis was focused on data yield map processing, their interpretation and analysis of relations with another spatial data. Aims of the work were identification error values, statistical process yield data and with help statistical methods evaluate correlation between yield map and another spatial data. Methods were based on gathering yield data with combine harvester during two years in corn and malting barley in conditions of farm. With using GIS and predefined tolls were removed error values from yield data and created yield maps. Subsequently, yield maps were analyzed with vegetation index NDVI, digital elevation model (DEM), sensor measurements of soil electrical conductivity and historical yield maps. In results was achieved removing from 11,3 to 13,8 % yield points in average, increasing of average yield from 3,6 to 4,7 % and decreasing of variation coefficient between 7,0 and 8,6 % with comparing original yield data and depending on planting crops during data yield processing. In case of evaluation of relations between yield map and NDVI obtained from satellite remote sensing was achieved moderately correlation by corn (r = 0,44) and malting barley (r = 0,65) in average depending on times of imaging and vegetative phase of the crop. In the evaluation relations between yield maps and DEM and slope was achieved weak and very weak direct and indirect correlation. Likewise, by soil electrical conductivity and yield was achieved very weak to negligible correlation. Conversely, the highest correlation was achieved between yield map and historical yield map (r = 0,63) in average. Obtained information serve as starting point for making agronomy decisions in conditions of particular farm in case of replacement of creating yield maps by prediction of yield based on another spatial data.

Radiocesium v zemědělsky neobdělávaných půdách
Kubějová, Michaela
The diploma thesis Radiocaesium in agricultural uncultivated soils is focused on creation literary review, collection soil samples and then preparation of samples for gamaspectrometric analysis to determine content of the radionuclide (137Cs). In the first part of literature review radiocaesium and its sources in the environment are characterised. Radiocaesium transport in atmosphere, the 137Cs deposition on soil and its influence on human is included. In the next part, soil parameters, behaviour of radiocaesium in soil, following countermeasures, differences between soils in agroecosystems and agricultural uncultivated soils, contamination of soils with radiocaesium in Czech Republic are described. Materials, methodology and description of chosen locations are followed. The main part of the thesis is focused on determination of radiocaesium content in uncultivated soils. In 2013, soil samples (57 samples of 5-cm-top A organic profiles and 57 samples of deeper B mineral profiles from 5-12-cm of depth) were taken from four selected locations: Valašské Meziříčí-Juřinka, Velké Karlovice, Loukov, Prostřední Bečva. Soil samples were always collected in three specific areas: meadow, deciduous forest (mixed forest) and coniferous forest. The lowest values of 137Cs activity in soils were observed in Juřinka (average value in profiles A 16.9 +- 4.29 Bq.kg-1 and B 11.6 +- 2.53 Bq.kg-1), then in Loukov (average value in profiles A 38.8 +- 30.22 Bq.kg-1 and B 18.6 +- 12.60 Bq.kg-1). The highest values 137Cs in Velké Karlovice (in profiles A 64.7 +- 44.11 Bq.kg-1 and B 30.1 +- 21.50 Bq.kg-1), lower values in Prostřední Bečva (in profiles A 46.6 +- 30.01 Bq.kg-1 and B 24.9 +- 28.50 Bq.kg-1) were measured. Significant differences between 137Cs activity in top A soil profile and deeper B profile in all four locations were found (T-test, P less then 0.05). In all locations, the highest average values radiocaesium activities were observed in coniferous forest (average values in profiles A 65.7 +- 41.91 Bq.kg-1 and B 35.03 +- 28.94 Bq.kg-1), then in deciduous forest (average values in profiles A 33.8 +- 17.27 Bq.kg-1 and B 20.1 +- 7.51 Bq.kg-1) and the lowest in meadows (average values in profiles A 14.9 +- 4.53 Bq.kg-1 and B 10.7 +- 3.63 Bq.kg-1), (P less then 0.05). The 137Cs activities in soil profiles were converted from the radiocaesium activity concentration (Bq kg-1) to the 137Cs depositional density (kBq m-2), and the densities ranged from 0.93 to 12.94 kBq m-2. Results were processed to tables, graphs and map. In the closing part of thesis, our results were discussed and compared with published data and ecological importance of radiocaesium activity in agricultural uncultivated soils was also assessed.

Description of the tourist routes in the region known as Czech Canada (hiking trails, bicycle trails, ski trails, water routes)
KORTANOVÁ, Šárka
This thesis work describes the hiking, bicycle, ski, and horse trails in the region known as ?Czech Canada?, specifically the area between Nová Bystřice, Kunžák, and Slavonice marked on the hiking map ?Česká Kanada a Slavonicko? on a 1:50,000 scale. The introductory chapters characterize the territorial layout from the physical-geographic and socio-geographic aspects and include an analysis of used literature. The methodology of work is taken from thesis works of a similar topic defended at the Department of Geography. This is followed by a description of individual hiking trails ? in text form as well as in information panels (this includes information on the surface type, the surrounding landscape, monuments in the area, geometry of the trails, and more). These texts, panels, and attached map with a drawing of the described trails permit one to embark on individual hiking, bicycle, ski, and other tourist journeys. The conclusion of the work is supplemented by a didactic transformation of the resolved issue. The attachment consists of photographs and a glossary of topographical terms.

Social Services for People with an Autistic Spectrum Impairment and their Families.
SVOBODOVÁ, Eva
Autism is a serious development impairment which is characterized by impaired communication and ability to develop relationships with other people, urgent need of permanence and other symptoms that seriously affect the life of an individual and people in their surroundings. The situation of autistic people in the Czech Republic is becoming better and better every year. Although the improvement of the services and care of autistic people is provable it is still impossible to consider the current situation satisfying. The objection of the diploma work was to find out the extent and quality of the comprehensive attitude to children with autistic spectrum impairments and to map the care of these children and their families. The research group consisted of four children with autism diagnosis in cooperation with their families. The research took place in day- and week-centres in Jihlava, while all the respondents used the service of the week-centre. The methodology of the diploma work is based on the principles of the qualitative research. The following methods and techniques of data collection were used in order to achieve the objective: method of participant observation, content analysis of documents, technique of half-controlled discussion and they were gradually completed during the survey. The basic concept of the comprehensive attitude to autistic children and their families is characterized by a purposeful interdisciplinary interconnection of care in the social, heath and educational area. It is logical that such pervasive affection as autism requires cooperation of many specialists of assisting professions and such assistance thus connects different areas of services to people. Facilities providing services in the field of social and educational services and guidance are irreplaceable as far as ensuring a functioning system that guaranties quality of social services, guidance and help to autistic children and their families is concerned. The only possible attitude is a better understanding of the world of the autistic people that differs from our ideas and practices so much. The contribution of my diploma work lies in the possibility to utilize its results in the field of ensuring a quality effective systematic care of children suffering from autism and their families.
