Factors influencing resocialization of persons released from prison

This bachelor thesis is focused to issue of resocialization of persons after imprisonment and factors that may influence the resocialization. The whole resocialization proces is not only in prison, where it should be most intense, but the process should continue after release from prison. In theoretical part the issue is described based on available literature. The empirical part is focused to find out the most important factors, which may affect the success of resocialization from the perspective of persons after imprisonment. The Research was carried out by using questionnaires.Eight hypotheses were defined. These hypotheses were evaluated and supplemented by research findings.
