Terminology of the new Civil Code regarding to physical persons and analysis of equivalent expression in French
VOSTRÁ, Žaneta
This thesis deals with the terminology of the new civil code from the field of natural persons, followed by the analysis of equivalent expression in French. The thesis consists of two large parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part is defined the professional functional style, legal language, legal translation and methods of translation with a short digression into the Czech and French civil code. Theoretical part is dedicated to suggestions of translation of natural persons related terminology area of the new civil code. Selected terms are divided into groups according to their common features. The aim of this paper is to create equivalents of the selected terminology.

Subject of this work is obtaining of set of materials for practices from physics and its arrangement and final presentation. The part of this work is also creation of interactive sites and presentation over www borderline. Another part is implementation of these sites to system eAmos.

Mass Accomodation Coefficient for Nanoscale Aerosol Particles
Levdansky, Valerij Vladimirovič ; Smolík, Jiří ; Ždímal, Vladimír ; Moravec, Pavel
The influence of size effects on physicochemical transformations and transfer processes in the heterogeneous systems with nanoobjects attracts increasing attention of researchers. These problems are of interest for nanotechnology and atmospheric physics. Size effects can influence the cohesive energy as well as the activation energies of vacancy formation and diffusion of atoms in the nanoscale particles (Vanithakumari and Nanda, 2008). Phase transitions (including nucleation) in aerosol systems with nanoscale particles (clusters) also depend on the nanoparticle size (Levdansky et al., 2010). Hear we discuss the size dependence of the mass accommodation coefficient gama in the gas–nanoparticle system.

Pelletized Catalysts for VOC Oxidation with Non-Uniform Distribution of Mixed Oxides – Preparation and Characterization
Ludvíková, Jana ; Klempa, Jan ; Jirátová, Květa
In this work, preparation methods were explored to prepare catalysts with non-uniform distribution of active components. Physical-chemical properties of the catalysts were examined, as well as their activity in total oxidation of ethanol as a model VOC.

The STEREO/Waves Goniopolarimetric Products for Centre de Données de la Physique des Plasmas
Krupař, Vratislav ; Cecconi, B. ; Maksimovic, M. ; Nguyen, Q. N. ; Santolík, Ondřej
We present results on the calibration of the HFR receiver, a part of the S/Waves instrument onboard the STEREO spacecraft. The HFR provides us with GP measurements in the frequency range 125–1975 kHz. The obtained data products will be archived in the Plasma Physics Data Center: CDPP. This paper contains a description of used methods and summarizes outputs of the calibration.

Applied research at the Institute of Atmospheric Physics Prague
Fišer, Ondřej ; Jaroš, J. ; Brázda, V.
This article describes the research performed at the Milesovka observatory. The base of this research is the measurement of the signal attenuation on the experimental free space optic link. Concurrently the pertinent meteorological parameters are measured and compared to the attenuation. First of all, visibility, liquid water content, wind speed + other wind parameters and rain rate are sampled and statistically evaluated including diurnal variations.

Collection contrast in the immersion objective lens of the scanning electron microscope
Müllerová, Ilona ; Konvalina, Ivo ; Mika, Filip
Signal trajectories of secondary (SE) and backscattered electrons (BSE) were simulated for two cases: an immersion magnetic objective lens (OL) alone and for the case when an electrostatic immersion objective lens is added. Micrographs of a semiconductor structure are presented for these two set-ups.

Zobecněné entropie: módní omyl nebo nový vhled do fyziky?
Gottvald, Aleš
We reconsider major arguments which have been suggested for justifying role of "generalized entropies" in "nonextensive statistical thermodynamics" by Tsallis et al. Our analysis shows that the crucial arguments advocating some fundamental need for these "generalized entropies" are incorrect. Consequently, rather than bringing some principally new physical insight, the "generalized entropies" and "nonextensive statistical thermodynamics" represent some conceptually misleading views on the Maximum Entropy Principle and probability theory itself
