This thesis deals with the relation between followers of the punk subculture, the Czech way of using alcoholic beverages and a way of thinking about it. It describes their attitudes, beliefs and habits when consuming alcoholic beverages. In the theoretical part are defined general information about alcohol, such as history, effects and methods of use. The work also deals with the effects of alcohol on the young human organism. Further information about the origin and evolution of the punk subculture in the world in the Czech Republic from its inception to the present. The following are the statistical information on alcohol in the Czech punk scene. In the empirical part of the work is devoted to describe patterns of alcohol use among Czech punk followers, their opinions and attitudes. This is a qualitative study, data collection method was used semi-structured individual interviews with the followers of punk. When creating data were used qualitative methods and narrative approach. The following case report alkopunku followers that drinking alcoholic beverages greatly privileged and followers of straight edge case report - an orthodox offshoot of punk, which rejects any addictive substances, including...

Interaction of line objects in ductile materials
Křišťan, Josef
Two dislocations of opposite signs interacting via their elastic fields are consider. They move in parallel slip planes in a PSB channel. Initially they are kept apart in straight screw positions. The walls of the channel are simulated as the elastic eld of rigid edge dipoles. The dislocations are modeled as plane curves. A special computer program based on the owing volume method and the method of lines is employed. Assuming an over-damped motion, we consider a linear relationship between the force acting on the dislocation and the velocity magnitude. The computation simulates the shape changes of the dislocations during their passing. The passing stress for various distances between the slip planes and for various channel width is compared with the bowing stress. The stress and strain controlled regimes of the dislocation motion are analyzed.

Brno - damlake
Rehortová, Veronika ; Žalmanová,, Petra (referee) ; Šindlar, Jiljí (advisor) ; Pěnčík, Jan (advisor)
Multi-purpose building is located in the South creek Brno-damlake. On one side is surrounded by a damlake, from the other side grow greenery. Two stand-alone units (cafe and amphitheater) were connected with ramp, which corresponds to the original paths and brings a new perspective. Continuously straight ramp connects to a cafe and another part goes in the amphitheater. Also, it connects seamlessly with the prospect, which is located above the café. Café just out from the ramp above the water-level, the emphasis is achieved with the logo entry in corten-wall. The kardinality of the amphitheater is suppressed slightly sunken below the water surface. The water surface flows over the edge and has a relaxing effect. The amphitheater is variable and is freely accessible. Building Compact and creates a smooth transition between the damlake and shore.

Biomedical image processing in LabVIEW
Mezuláníková, Radka ; Čmiel, Vratislav (referee) ; Harabiš, Vratislav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the options of using the development environment of LabVIEW in specific processes such as an analyzing and biomedical image data processing. This bachelor thesis sets its goal as projecting and developing a computer program, which could process image data collected from microscopic devices. Image data from computer or external devices could be loaded into the program. It includes such functions as calculation of picture histogram, preprocessing by luminance or geometric transformations, preprocessing by smoothing filtration and edges detection and processing by segmentation. Function of the program was tested by tester images, microscopic images and also by images taken with camera straight into the program.
