Efficiency Improvement Proposal of Production of Engineering Component
Hapala, Václav ; Jandačka, Marek (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The master's thesis deals with the proposal of more effective production of a part. The theoretical part describes the technology of milling and drilling and the practical part focuses on the analysis of the current part production technology and the consumption of the machining time as assessment of the current machining process efficiency. The next part contains characteristics of the innovative technology, used tools and fixtures. In the conclusion both variants of production, the comparison of consumed machine time and production costs are evaluated.
Production technology of selected range of tools with application of high-productivity equipment
Zdařil, David ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Chladil, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this work is to analyze the issue of providing cutting tools for internal use in the company STERCH-INTERNATIONAL s.r.o. It is mainly the production and regrinding of end mills and drills for specific machining applications, whose benefit lies in increased efficiency and flexibility of production, which also brings a significant cost reduction.
Design of machining technology for production of the camera base
Trčka, Vojtěch ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This thesis deals with streamlining of the process of machining parts Basis of camera in cooperation with PEVOT Products Ltd. The first part focuses on the analysis of existing machining technology in terms of technology, as well as an analysis of time consumed for assessing the effectiveness of the current machining process. The second part of the thesis focuses on the design of innovative technology machining of components and design postprocessor for manufacturing equipment VMC ZPS 560. In conclusion, both variants of production are evaluated. They developed the analyses of time consumed for the production of components and production costs.
Rationalization of grinder body production
Mišelnický, Lukáš ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Prokop, Jaroslav (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the rationalization of the grinding body production as a special accessory for a vertical lathe with the type designation BASICTURN 1250 from the company TOSHULIN PLC. The thesis describes the problems of the current production and suggests the constructional and technological adjustments in order to achieve a reduction of the production costs and the overall production efficiency.
Efficiency Improvement Proposal of Production of Engineering Component
Nonn, Vilém ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This thesis deals with the efficiency improvement proposal of production of engineering component for agricultural machine. Firstly, the current production proces is described including description of the component and determination of manufacture times. The next part contains efficiency improvement proposal of production including determination of manufacture times. The last chapter contains a comparison of both variants in terms of production costs. The final provision summarizes results which were achieved and overall benefits of the thesis.
Efficiency increasing of bearing rings machining
Pekař, Pavel ; Chladil, Josef (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The master's thesis deals with the efficiency of turning in machining of forgings of bearing rings made of 100Cr6 steel. The first part is focused on the problem from the theoretical point of view. Next, an analysis of the existing production process was carried out and an inovation that will lead to its efficiency was proposed. Part of the work is to carry out tool durability tests under different cutting conditions and to compare them with the current state of production from a technical and economical point of view.
Design of a combined tool for holes machining of the universal chuck
Kovář, Matouš ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Jaroš, Aleš (advisor)
This master’s thesis focuses on the design of a combined tool for machining holes of a universal chuck. The thesis analyses the component and technologies used for the production of precision holes for pinions in the chuck body. Furthermore, the current production of precision holes is described, including the used machine, tools, cutting conditions and technological process with machine times. In the next part of the thesis, a proposal of more efficient production of precision holes is made accompanied by a design of a combined tool. The design includes its structural treatment, used cutting tool inserts and drill, the method of clamping, used material, the heat treatment, the determination of the cutting conditions and the development of a new technological procedure. The thesis concludes with a technological and economic evaluation, where the existing and the newly proposed technologies for the production of precision holes for pinions in the chuck body are compared.
