The thesis deals with a project documentation of detached house for a family of four to five family members in Vendolí village in Pardubice region. The building is brick with two floors, without basement, with inclined roof and garage. The house is situated in mild slope on an estate without earlier housing development. The first floor functions as social background with kitchen and sleepingroom. In the second floor there are childern´s rooms, technical room.
A Municipal Apartment Building

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new building of a four-storey non-blocked apartment building in Jeseník nad Odrou. The apartment building consists of five residential units with a garage and common rooms. The whole object is then covered with a cold roof. The main entrance to the building is located on the northeast side of the building at the 1st floor level. The main living rooms are oriented on energy-efficient sides. The vertical constructions are made mainly of Porotherm ceramic system components. Ceiling structures are designed as prefamily filigree. Stairs are monolithic reinforced concrete. The project was processed using the AutoCAD software.
