Attitudes of common employees to the organizational changes and causes of worries and refusing changes

The thesis focuses on employees' attitudes to organizational changes, range of their possible reactions and models of organizational change implementation. This thesis aims at common employees and their view on the phenomenon of organizational change. The theoretical part presents the issue of organizational change, shows the basic types of changes and names the possible causes of changes. It also provides a short insight into the historical development of employees' position in organizations. The empirical part focuses on the proposal of research project. This project presents the replication of the Taiwanese research and is dealing with the relationship between perceive organizational support and resistance to change. Moreover, the proposal is supplemented with the part of probing the attitudes of common employees to the organizational change - the semantic differential is used for this part. This method is supplemented with the qualitative part of the research. The qualitative part consists of interviews with managers, which can provide the objective view on the employees' behaviour.
