Caring for secondary school graduates from the labor office perspective in the selected region

The bachelor thesis called Caring for Secondary School Graduates from the Labour Office Perspective in the Selected Region deals with current issues in the long term. The theoretical part lists and explains terms related to the topic, terms in the area of employment in particular. It also presents the work of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic especially activities aimed at high school graduates and employment policy instruments that are used to help this group of job seekers to full-fledged entry into the labor market. The main objective of this work is based on the survey which analyzes the current graduates awareness of the activities of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, their expectations with respect to the qualification demands of the labor market and related benefits. Job seekers attitude towards potential job search on the Internet was marginally adressed as well as the influence of social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), and social capital, the importance of studying and experience for job search and labor market. Based on the analysis the thesis provides customized recommendations to improve this situation.
Practice of unemployment in the Czech Republic

The goal of the thesis is to approach the problem of unemployment in the Czech Republic. The explanation of the basic concepts related to the labour market, the central authorities, employment policy and ways of arranging employment. An important part of this economic - legal work are documents, regulations and laws related to unemployment. Attention is also given to the social aspect and the impact that unemployment has on individuals. In the practical part is followed by an analysis of the labour market of the Czech Republic and region Hlavni mesto Praha. The research included interviews with unemployed people who have approached the issue from their perspective, but also interview with representative of the Labour Office, which reviewed the situation on the labor market from a professional point of view.
Politika zaměstnanosti v okrese Hodonín

The bachelor thesis is dealing with problems of employment policy in Hodonín region. The whole work is divided into two parts. In the first part are written the most important changes of The Employment Act, which is effective from 1 January 2015, described the labour market and employment policy. In the second part are analysed tools of active and passive employment policy in Hodonín region. At the end, based on the findings there are suggested solutions to reduce unemployment in the region and evaluated changes of The Employment Act.
The legal regulation of so-called "švarcsystém"

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of so-called "švarcsystém", also known as concealed employment relationship. The term describes a situation when people working for an employer are not his employees, but individual entrepreneurs. The first chapter defines basic concepts related to the topic. The following part describes the historical development of legal regulation of "švarcsystém" in the Czech Republic and evaluates its strong and weak points. The main section includes an analysis of current legal regulation of concealed employment and its main advantages and disadvantages. The next chapter concerns the economic aspects of "švarcsystém" and examines its impact on the state budget. A practical example illustrates the differences between the tax obligations of employees and self-employed. The following section is devoted to two key court rulings that significantly influenced the understanding of "švarcsystém" over the years. The last chapter examines the various forms of concealed employment in other member states of the EU. The conclusion summarizes the findings and includes proposals de lege ferenda.
