Handle parts production
Janáč, Ondřej ; Ohnišťová, Petra (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
The work submits the proposal of solutions of mold for specified components. An injection mold with all the essentials was designed based on literature study of plastic injection molding and calculations. Defining of multi-cavity molds, size of the runner system, temperature control and ejector system. The mold is largely designed from standard parts. The whole assembly is compatible with the Arburg Allrounder 520S injection molding machine. It has a clamping force of 1600 kN. The mold plates are made of tool steel of grade 1.2083, which is alloyed. The work contains drawing documentation of the injection mold.
Optimization of technological parameters of injection plastic parts
Ulrich, Josef ; Kebrle, Ondřej (referee) ; Kandus, Bohumil (advisor)
This thesis describes the optimalization of technological parameters during commissioning of injection mold manufacturing. In the introduction, there is general literary studies of plastics, injection molds, injection holding machine, injection holding technology and their effect on quality. The practical part includes an analysis of current state, calculation of injection parameters, moldflow analysis and sampling on the machine. Finally, there is choice of optimal injection holding parameters, design of workplace and technical-economic evaluation.
Technology design manufacturing plastic worm gear
Petrucha, Roman ; Kebrle, Ondřej (referee) ; Kandus, Bohumil (advisor)
The master thesis deals with the design of the injection mold for the production of a plastic two-part worm which is part of the worm gear set in the sleeve. From the beginning, an analysis of the assigned component was performed, specifying its function and specifying the criteria that must be met by the component. In addition, design of the production technology (injection molding) was carried out, followed by theoretical analysis of plastic materials, injection molding technology and mold design. Subsequently, in the practical part, a complete design of the injection mold was made on the basis of simulations and technological calculations. On the basis of the parameters of the injection mold, a machine was chosen, on which production should be carried out according to the proposed technological procedure. The conclusion of the thesis contains a technical and economic evaluation of the proposed technology for the production of Plastics splatter component.
Production of injection molded parts
Kratina, Patrik ; Kandus, Bohumil (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
The work, elaborated within B-STG Engineering Bachelor´s degree program, is focused on the topic of injection molding into molds. In the introductory part, the work deals with materials suitable for injection. In the next chapter, the work is focused on the process of injection and description of individual parts and components of the injection machine and its tools. The thesis contains the concept of the technology of production ( injection moulding into metal molds) and its design solution. The conclusion of the thesis includes economic evaluation, attachment and drawing documentation.
Plastics Processing Technology
Kubíček, František ; Kandus, Bohumil (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
This work is a literary research focused on plastics processing technologies with emphasis on injection moulding technology. From this field it is focused on materials suitable for injection moulding, moulding machines and parts of it, injection moulding process, defects emerging because of wrong optimalization of injection moulding process and special techniques of injec-tion moulding.
