NAME OF THESIS: Compensatory exercises for throwers GOALS OF THESIS: The thesis Compensatory exercises for throwers is a paper, goal of which is to determine the most overworked areas of the body from both literature and data gathered from Czech representative throwers. Secondary goal of this paper is to then, based on this information, suggest adequate compensatory exercises for every throwing event. We chose touch of both hands with fingertips with one hand over the shouder and the other behind the back, lie down on your stomach with both arms stretching outwards in 45 degree angles and standing forward bend. The first test was carried out before the suggested compensatory exercise in a predetermined room on 29/10/2019. The second test was undertaken under the same circumstances, in the same room, at the same time of day on 25/11/2019. RESULTS: In the available literature, we haven't found any compensatory exercises, which...

Methods: We chose the technique of analysis of documents after we had researched all kinds of appropriate literature. The aim of this technique is to know whether the reality is immeasurable. To achieve the aim "The detection of throwing techniques influence on accuracy," the best option is to choose experiment as the technique of research. This method which is founded on quantitative dates helps us to find a relevant result to verify or disprove hypotheses. Observational method was principal technique that was used during research, during collection of data and during their analysis. It was found, by the unstructured interview, whether the subjects do have any experience with throwing a grenade. Outcome: From identified data it was found that there were spotted a little signification for using the lower vault technique on measured distance. By the result of research, we found that there were spotted higher signification for using the upper vault technique. In conclusion,...
