Mandatory information on food packaging

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to recommended suggestions for improvement information about mandatory information using the result of research. In the theoretical part was explained the key words and it deals with mandatory information and this importance on food packaging. Some of this information is mandatory and some is voluntary given. The work explains why it is essential to pay attention to this information. In the practical part of thesis, the work brings the overview of the consumer´s percieve this information and this importance, which of this information is the most interesting for consumers, whether they are interested in composition of a food product. Further analysis depicts if consumers are interested in additives and why they are interested. Last but not least the survey is focused on the fact if consumers search other information about food products and where. Finally the work contains two suggestions for improvement.
