This diploma thesis deals with the obligations for implementing the construction project in the Slovakia and its taxation. At first is defined basic terminology, concept of single market of the European Union and the harmonization process of direct and indirect taxation. In the analytical part of the thesis are relevant sources of international, union and national law analyzed. The practical part is focused on specification construction contract, accomplishment all obligations and an exemplary taxpayer's tax liability is calculated.

The legal aspects of human rights in the court proceedings Abstract In the introductory part, this rigorous thesis deals with some legal aspects of human rights and fundamental freedoms in national, Community and international law, substantive and procedural institutes of their protection, including special cases of collision with international humanitarian law in armed conflicts. In the next part, the rigorous thesis deals with discriminatory legal norms and their application in administrative and judicial proceedings, including legal remedies under national law. In the final part, the rigorous thesis deals with the decision-making activities of the obliged entities in providing information under the Act on Free Access to Information, including the legal means of the judicial protection against illegal administrative acts of the competent administrative authorities. The Czech Republic and the International Criminal Court

The diploma thesis analyzes the relationship between the Czech Republic and the International Criminal Court. The purpose of my research was to compare the Rome Statute, an international treaty by which the International Criminal Court was established in 1998, with the Czech constitutional and criminal law. The Czech Republic ratified the Rome Statute in 2009. The Czech Republic committed itself by this ratification to provide for international judicial cooperation and legal assistance to the International Criminal Court. It is necessary to realize that a lot of crimes against international criminal law happen in the today's world and many of these crimes are under the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court. The Czech Republic has to be ready to act, if the need occurs, a so it is necessary to know how the Czech authorities would proceed and if all of the obligations under the Rome Statute are possible to be realized in accordance with the national law. For this reason this thesis attempts to clarify the link between the Rome Statute and the relevant Czech legislation. Pozice mezinárodních smluv v českém právním řádu

Jádro diplomové práce spočívá v objasnění současné situace: jaká je pozice mezinárodních smluv v českém právním řádu nyní, po přijetí tzv. euronovely Ústavy ČR, účinné od 1. června 2002. Zvláštní pozornost ze široké škály typů a druhů mezinárodních dohod je věnována mezinárodním smlouvám o lidských právech a základních svobodách, které dříve měly) mezi ostatními mezinárodními smlouvami specifickou pozici. Důraz byl kladen také na vztah komunitárního práva ES a vnitrostátního práva ČR a charakteristiky působení evropského práva uvnitř členských států Evropské unie.
