This thesis assesses business prospects in the dynamic realm of digital content within the student-led online illustration company, Cartoon Yooself. Employing a specific methodology, the research conducts a comprehensive analysis of the external and internal environments of the company operating in the digital art sector. Leveraging the insights gained, a SWOT analysis identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant to the digital content landscape of the company. The thesis presents a business model and crucial insights designed to provide a functional company framework for measured success in a competitive environment moving into the future. The knowledge acquired from this comprehensive analysis can be further scrutinized and adapted to ensure the company's success in the evolving field of digital content.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a business plan of the company FAMITECH s.r.o. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part, theoretical part, summarizes the basic terminology concerning the topic of strategic management of the company. The practical part will analyze individual aspects of the internal and external environment of the company, which will result in an overall summary of the strengths and weaknesses of the company, as well as opportunities and threats. The external and internal analysis of the company will be followed by a design part, which will present individual proposals aimed at improving its position within the competitive environment and overall increase in profitability of the company. At the end of the work there will be discussion of individual proposals.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a business strategy for a hotel located in Southern Moravia. Bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The basic termi-nology of strategic management is explained in the first part, Literary Review. The second part deals with the analysis of internal and external environment and anal-ysis of the key stakeholders as well, which reveal strengths and weaknesses and opportunities and threats. Based on results from analyses, SWOT is compiled and then, strategies are proposed. The results are served as a basis for the develop-ment of the business owner. The last part discusses the designed solutions.

Agricultural businesses face many internal and external factors that significantly affect their business. Aspects such as management, marketing, internal and external environments are increasingly important for agricultural businesses in the Czech Republic. This thesis analyses the external environment of the company, including PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model. Both models are explored in detail including explanations of their main role and functionality within the given environment. Also explained is the Boston matrix to define the internal environment of the company. This thesis provides a SWOT analysis- techniques focused on the evaluation of internal and external factors influencing the organization's success. The practical part of this thesis will implement the theoretical aspects previously explored within a selected agricultural business of Central Bohemia. This thesis will explain and analyse the external and internal environment of the selected agriculture business. A general overview of the models will be defined and then implemented upon the agricultural business of Klučenice a.s.
Strategic Analysis of a chosen Company

The diploma thesis deals with a strategic analysis of the agricultural company AGRO Dolní Kralovice, s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to process the strategic analysis of the company, evaluate its results and suggest some recommendations or possible changes. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are identified in order to fulfil the aim. The thesis uses analytical methods, namely the analysis of external, competitive and internal environment. The methodology of the thesis builds on a qualitative research. The first part includes theoretical knowledge of the strategic management and selected strategic analysis. The second part is based on the aim of the thesis to process the strategic analysis, carry out the external and internal analysis and evaluate their results. The thesis also includes information about the agricultural sector itself, captures its progressive development and positive or negative changes. It is possible to fully use the resulting recommendations for management's needs.

Strategic management inside KARPATSKÁ PERLA, s.r.o. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel university, 2015. This bachelor thesis explores the process of strategic management inside KARPATSKÁ PERLA company. The main purpose is to identify the crucial components of the external and internal environment using a thorough analysis, and to come up with suitable strategies aimed at ensuring sustainable and healthy growth. In the first part, there is presented theoretical framework with definitions of important terms and the methods used therein. In the practical part, PESTLE analysis along with Porter's model of five competitive forces are used to evaluate external factors that affect the firm. The most important internal factors are determined using The method of key factors, followed by a financial analysis. SWOT analysis is then used to evaluate and to aggregate the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses faced by the company. Finally, as a result of these analyses, a complex proposal is presented comprising suggestions and evaluations pertaining to the respective strategies that, if implemented correctly, have the ability to ameliorate the economic position of KARPATSKÁ PERLA company on the wine market.

The bachelor thesis is concerned with the situation analysis of non-profit organisation working in the field of environmental education, raising awareness and providing information. The main goal of this work is based on setting analys-ing and assessing the activities of VIS Bílé Karpaty o. p. s. to propose new measures leading to its development. The introduction is devoted to theoretical knowledge obtained from literature. In the final section of work is environmental internal analysis conducted through PESTLE analysis and Porter's five competitive forces model. The internal environment of the organisation is characterised according to the principle of key factors and using analysis of potentials by Eschenbach. A substantial part of the work consists of SWOT analysis with concrete suggestions which in the future may lead to the development of society. In conclusion, one of the selected strategies is economically evaluated.
