The diploma thesis deals with researching customer satisfaction with the products and services provided by Feedyou s.r.o. Based on a detailed analysis, improvements are proposed. The theoretical part defines the issues, sets out the objectives of the work, and outlines key concepts. The practical part introduces the selected company and conducts customer satisfaction research. The aim of the thesis is to propose measures that will lead to increased customer satisfaction.
