The aim of this bachelor thesis is the construction-technological solutions of gross substructure Research institute in Olomouc, which is based on large diameter piles. Part of the thesis is the organization of construction and design of the building site, technological regulations of selected works, quality control and solving transport relations including oversized cargo. It also deals with the design of mechanical assemblies, health and safety and safety of environment. It all with respect financial and time demands.

The content of the bachelor's thesis is focused on the constructionally technological project of substructure of residential house Nová Dukla, Ústí nad Orlicí. The project contains the technological instructions for earthworks, large diameter bored piles and monolithic base grid. The project deals with the quality control of works that are carried out, their schedule and financial evaluation, suggestion on mechanical assembly and minor mechanization for performance of substructure constructions of residential house. Subsequently, occupational safety and health, organization of construction and suggestion on arrangement of building site are stated in project.

The master thesis deals with a conception and realization of a constructional and technological project of new manufacturing and administrative hall Hydraulics s.r.o. The thesis studies the realization of the major technological constructing stages of the building. It also covers projects of the construction site, the time schedule, the plan of the main building machines and mechanisms and the budget. Furthermore, the master thesis solves technological regulations for foundations made with bored piles, the budget according to THU including the check plan, the test plan and the safety plan. Also, the assessment of the construction composition is attached.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a solution of technological processes for foundation of a warehouse with administration foundation in Vracov. The thesis deals with technological regulations of drilled piles and foundation constructions. Furthermore, the thesis covers topics of inspection-check plan, mechanical assembly, budget and schedule. The thesis also includes a coordinational site-layout of the construction, principles of organization of the construction and building site equipment. Occupational safety, health risks and their elimination have also been solved in this thesis.

The thesis also deals with building site equipment, shedule, block plan and work safety.
