Hipp, Dominik ; Šoulová, Eva (referee) ; Vlček, Milan (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation of a residential building in the phase of construction documentation. According to the assignment, the residential building is located in the area of Central Moravia, specifically in the western suburbs of Moravská Třebová. The building is located on a sloping parcel with an elevation of ap-proximately 1,5 m at the site of the building. The building itself is a three-storey apartment building with basement designed in a standard with almost zero energy consumption. The residential building consists of three residential units 2+kk and 3+kk with common areas and facilities in the basement of the building. Structurally, the building is designed as a transverse wall with vertical structures of ce-ramic bricks, foundation strips of plain concrete and horizontal structures of ceramic blocks. These structures are complemented by a sloped roof consisting of a gambrel truss that defines the top floor as an attic.

Návrh rodinného domu
Hajzler, Aleš
This bachelor's thesis aims to design a detached house for a family of four or five people. The house is designed on a site located in Hradec Krylov. The land has parcel number 983/26, the cadastral territory of Věkoše. In this area, the housing developer is building new blocks of flats. Therefore, it is possible to design a building that can be realised. Thanks to the planned development, the area is networked with utility networks. The house's foundation will be on a concrete slab, and the building will not have a basement. The house will have a wooden load-bearing structure made of KVH prisms with a diffusely open envelope. Emphasis will be on the design of the truss. There will be designed three variants of gable roof covering. The solutions will be done for the same floor plan. The construction is designed for on-site construction. The energy efficiency is according to the Czech standards for building a house and is close to the values of a passive house.
