Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after brain stroke

Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after brain stroke Objective: Gain a theoretical knowledge about etiology, clinical symptoms, stages of disease, localization of haemorrhage and the following therapeutic methods. Method: The general part of the bachelor thesis contains theoretical knowledge about etiology, clinical symptoms, stages of disease, localization of haemorrhage and the following therapeutic methods. The practical part contains casuistry of the patient after the brain vascular stroke. Results: Light improvement of motivity and walk stability. During the therapy came to connection affected extremity to complex moves and symetric loading of lower extremities. Conclusion: Indication of physiotherapy of a patient after appeared highly active in the way of whole state health improvement. Kazuistic physiotherapeutic care for patients after a vascular stroke

Thesis Name: Kazuistic physiotherapeutic care for patients after a vascular stroke Aims: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to process and then delineate theoretical and practical knowledge regarding diagnose of a vascular stroke and it's application on detailed kazuistic of a patient with mentioned diagnose. Summary: This bachelor thesis is focused on ischemic vascular stroke of a female patient with side diagnosis of a Down syndrome. The thesis is compiled of two parts. Theoretical part describes definition of a vascular stroke, mechanisms of it's formation, the most important risk factors and the problematic of the most common displaying methods of a vascular stroke. Theoretical part of the thesis also focuses on stadiums after vascular stroke, treatment, rehabilitation in both urgent and sub-urgent chronic phases and also on physiotherapeutic methods used in therapeutic treatment of patients with mentioned diagnosis. The conclusion of theoretical part of the thesis is focused on Down syndrome and its characteristics, pathologies and etiologies diagnosis of it. Practical part of the thesis is focused on kauzistic physiotherapeutic care after patient after ischemic vascular stroke with left-sided hemiparasis. Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after acute brain stroke

Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after acute brain stroke. Objective: To officialy to confirm the ability to work well with patiens after a stroke. To gain the needed theoretical knowledge about the given issue and to utilize the practical physiotherapeutic skills. Method: The first part of the bachelor thesis is theoretical. It describes the origin, risk factors and consequences of a stroke. Further described are typical clinical symptoms, possibilities for treatement and technical uses od physiotherapy. The thesis is also dedicated to the subluxation of the paretic arm and the neglect syndrom. The second part contains casuistry of the chosen patient after the ischemic stroke with left - handed symptomatology. Results: Improvement of the walking stereotype, reduction in the painfulness of the paretic arm, increased strength in the paretic lower arm and improvement of the exterior and deep perception. Conclusion: The use of physiotheraphy on a patient after a stroke appeared to be very important, due to partial return of damaged functions.
