Determining the value of gynecological surgery

The aim of the thesis is the valuation of functioning gynecological surgery for the primary purpose of selling this meical practice in the next 5-10 years. The value of this surgery was based on the strategic and financial analysis and compiled financial plan for the next 5 years. The resulting valuation is done first by using the equity method and then by the method of returns and also by relative valuation method. The first two methods were then used as the basis for the valuation by the combined method. All calculated values of the company are set to 31st December, 2013. Finally, it contains the recommendation wheather it is better to sell this medical practice as a self-employed person or a as legal entity.

The main aim of this thesis is to find the estimation of the market price of Škoda Auto, a.s. on 1st January 2009. The introductory part informs about fundamental methodology. Next part is devoted to strategic and financial analysis. Both analyses were used for the prognosis of value creator and construction of financial plan. At last chapter there is final valuation carried out using DFC entity method. The market comparison is the additional method

Application methods on economic analysis in firm Neuman s.r.o. and value calculating

The diploma work is focused on theoretical and practical analysis of methods of feasibility study and calculation of firm's value by method of discounted free cash flows. Tendencies of development and firm's weak points for past 6 years have been discovered by using various analysis. I was comparing change of individual indicators with the main indicator rentability on equity. The conclusion of my study is:" In case of increase in rentability on equity, we can expect improvement also of other indicators."
