This graduation theses describes the study of a production system project. After the status analysis and consultation with the worker from selected company were found capacity absence in the existing production system. This is why this study deal with execution of the project - building up new factory building. Resolution about expansion of the production system is execute on the basis of actual prognosis of demand of the producing assortment.

The topic of the thesis is Proposal of Business Expansion - Building-up of Packaging Unit. The proposal is based on the analysis of the current production capacity and production equipment, and on the analysis of money management and ascertained shortcomings. On the basis of the carried out analysis a proposal for building-up of a new production unit and a recommendation on purchase of new machine equipment has been made. A calculation of investment costs is a part of the proposal.

This bachelor thesis focuses on making of business plan expansion of company SEEIF Ceramic, a.s. It consists of three main parts. The first part is theoretical and it describes making of business plan. The following part is analytic which makes any conclusions for solution in third part. This thesis tries to find some opportunities and weaknesses in production part of company and after that it suggests bussiness plan that would help company to improve sales, quality of products and stabilize position on czech and also foreign market.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the use of production capacity in the chosen company in response to its financial structure. There are characteristics of the company production activity in the thesis, the explanation of production capacity and its methods. The thesis refers to the specific company method - the method of financing. It points to concrete possibilities of investment funding, its advantages and disadvantages. The thesis is focused on determining the production ca-pacity concific production section, the company itself and the capacity of utilization of recent years and recommendations of the improvement of some production sections ca-pacities.

Optimalizace výroby ve strojírenském podniku

The diploma thesis is focused on the production process in custom oriented production according to business-economic criteria, these are the individual components of production costs, production capacity and the completion date. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to design an optimal production process and to create a mathematical model of the optimization problem. Based on the resulting analyses, a comparison of the new model with the existing one is made and recommendations for the analysed company are performed. The result of this work can be used as a general tool for production optimization for industrial companies operating in custom production. Most of the data used in this work was obtained from the enterprise system, or. by observing and recording the measured values, the data was further evaluated using the Excel spreadsheet.

In my thesis I deal with production capacity utilization in selected company. The aim is to propose recommendation for elimination of negative effects on production capacity. In the theoretic part there is a characterization of productive activity in company at first and below there is an explanation of term production capacity with some methods and techniques to its determination. The practical part is aimed to a determination of production capacity in last years.

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparasion and the optimisation production costs in section of shaping of wooden spoons at second operation facility of company Dřevot-var. It is about comparasion many years functional productive process and his inovation as continual production line for production of wooden spoons. Theoretical part contains technical and technological description both of productions and specification of factors affecting final costs for one piece of wooden spoon. Practical part deals with compara-sion of particular quantities and calculation of final costs connected with production in this production section. Major purpose of this thesis is designation the amount of costs connected with this section of production and reciprocal comparasion of both variants.
