The bachelor thesis is focused on measuring and evaluating the performance of BARZZUZ s.r.o. compared to selected competitors in the same industry. The work consists of the following parts. The first part is focused on theoretical background, where I describe the various methods of financial analysis and intercompany comparison. Followed by the practical part, where I apply the procedures from the theoretical part to specific companies. In the last part I will evaluate the given situations and compare them with the main company, with the help of the results I will suggest solutions and procedures that could improve the activities of the company.

The master‘s thesis is focused on designing the financial plan in the company Partners Group Sk, which one is focused on providing financial consulting services. The work is divided into the three chapters. The first chapter contains the theoretical basis of strategic and financial analysis and financial planning. The second chapter is dedicated to the practical part, by performing strategic and financial analysis. Subsequently, the third chapter deals with the whole process of compiling a financial plan for the period 2022-2025.
