Compensatory intervention exercise program for volleyball players
VANDASOVÁ, Tereza
The topic of this bachelor thesis is a compensatory intervention exercise program for volleyball players. The final work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical work describes the game of volleyball, anatomy of the knee joint and women in sports. This theory is used in the practical part. The players of the volleyball team SK Hlincovka aged 17-18 were selected for the research. Based on my own experience, I know what game activities cause knee injuries. The most common reason for injury is poor or completely missed stretching before and relaxation after training or a match. The aim of the work was to create a compensatory intervention movement program focused on overloading the knee joints in volleyball toys using yoga exercises. Respondents received a compensatory intervention exercise plan and five questions to answer. The first question concerned daily exercise in the current epidemic situation. Only 41.18% of respondents answered that they exercise regularly every day. The second question focused on the most and least popular exercise of the compensatory intervention exercise plan. Most players, i.e. 29.41%, agreed that they like exercise number 5 the most. On the other hand, more than half of the respondents, i.e. 52.94%, do not like exercise number 9. For the third question, concerning the disappearance of knee pain during a volleyball break, the players had a choice of three answers, with 50% of respondents choosing the answer " B "and replied that the pain had disappeared and they only felt it exceptionally. For the fourth question, concerning the observed changes in the knee joint, they again had a choice of three possible answers. Most respondents, i.e. 64.71%, chose the answer "B". Over time, their flexibility has improved, but they still have problems with certain exercises. In the fifth question, they answered whether they missed the team and how they train without teammates and without a trainer. This time they had a choice of four answers. Most respondents, i.e. 41.18%, chose the answer "D". They miss their teammates and would rather train according to the trainer.

KAHOUNOVÁ, Jana
The bachalor thesis is dealt by the current methods of teaching health education at primary schools in Benešov. The theoretical is focused on teaching methods, their classification and modern didactic approaches including practical examples. The practical part was based on a semi-structured interviews with four teachers of health education. The objective of the thesis is to map used methods and forms of work in the given subject and confirm or confute both research assumptions. The research assumption number 1 is based on the most famous method clasification according to Maňák, Švec and assumes that all interviewed teachers will prefer classic methods and activating methods more often than complex methods for the subject of health education. The research assumption number 2 assumes that for the subject of health education won´t be more used the textbooks recommended by the Ministry of Education by the teachers than the materials of own making and other professional sources. Both research assumptions have been confirmed.

JEŽKOVÁ, Štěpánka
The aim of the presented bachelor thesis is to map the current state of use of wearable electronics by students of the University of South Bohemia in the field of Health Education, to analyze the impact of these devices on the healthy lifestyle of students. Answer the questions of whether students are more motivated to use regular electronics in connection with the use of this electronics and whether they have acquired new knowledge. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I deal with the topic of the current lifestyle, then define in more detail the important factors of a healthy lifestyle and characterize the study field of Health Education. The last chapter is focused on individual devices of wearable electronics. In the empirical part, I use a questionnaire survey to analyze the impact of ownership and use of wearable electronics on the healthy lifestyle of students and from the obtained, statistically evaluated data I subsequently interpret the results of the research itself. The processed data revealed that wearable electronics, which are used to monitor and record data on physical activity, are used by students of Health Education. Out of the total number of 63 students studying Health Education, 45 students participated in the research. In the area of this electronics, 80% of respondents use some of the devices. 7% of respondents are at least prospectively considering buying equipment. Of these active users, more than 2/3 of the respondents were shown to be motivated by wearable electronics for more frequent and regular physical activity. 81% of users confirmed the expansion of knowledge and the acquisition of new information in the field of a healthy lifestyle. It is undoubtedly clear from the answers that wearable electronics had a positive effect on the lifestyle of many respondents.
Application of health education in Waldorf pedagogy
MUSELOVÁ STRETTIOVÁ, Anežka

The findings were fulfilled as expected, the rate of application was on a daily frequency, but the methods of application can be improved in many places. Especially in one of the kindergartens, healthy nutrition and the involvement of targeted exercise for development, can be improved. The work finds a new opportunity to participate in primary prevention in kindergartens.
Comparation of physical and leisure activities in selected houses for the elderly in the Czech Republic and Germany
NASTAS, Daniela
In my final diploma thesis, I deal with the issue of a physical and leisure activity in selected homes for the elderly in the Czechia and Germany. The whole work is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes residential institutions for seniors in the Czech Republic and Germany and their financing and historical development up to the present, I deal with the mental, physical, social, and spiritual aspects of seniors and their adequate physical activities. The practical part consists of a questionnaire survey and statistical verification of the tested hypotheses. I sent the questionnaire survey by e-mail to more than 50 selected homes for the elderly in the Czech Republic and Germany, but I have got the answers only from 13 of them. The aim was to find about whether seniors are satisfied with the offered activities in the home for the elderly, what activities the seniors engage in, what the activity brings them and what improvement they would welcome. The results of the questionnaire survey are processed into graphs and tables. It was confirmed that a total of 50 % of clients in Germany answered that they are completely or rather satisfied with the quality of services offered, compared to 8 % less in the Czech Republic, 42 %. Based on this survey, it follows that seniors are interested in nonphysical activities that bring them contact with other people and thus strengthen their social ties. Therefore, it would be appropriate for the directors of houses for elderly to consider the inclusion of new nonphysical activities.
Health education and its aplication in special kindergarten
LUDVÍKOVÁ, Blanka
The main goal of this thesis is to record (describe) the degree of inclusion of educational stimuli from the field of health education to teaching in kindergarten for children with special needs. The secondary goal is to map the most commonly used methods for teaching specific areas of health education, also in the environment of kindergartens dealing with the upbringing and education of children with special educational needs. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the basic concepts of pre-primary education in the field of health education. The specific description is preceded by the definition of individual sub-areas of the topic, such as health, basic human needs and special educational needs or teaching methods. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey, which is aimed at teachers in special kindergartens and classes established under §16 / 9 of Act No. 561/2004 Coll. The questionnaire is put together so that through its completion the goals of the work are fulfilled and the predetermined hypotheses are answered. According to a research survey, teachers include the individual sub-topics of health education to schooling, but not really all of them in the once a week frequency. According to the obtained data, imitation is the most frequently used teaching method in kindergartens for children with special needs.
