Hojka, Vladimír ; Jelen, Karel (advisor) ; Otáhal, Jakub (referee) ; Kampmiller, Tomáš (referee)
Title: Myodynamics of the support phase during different take-off tasks in human locomotion Objectives: Six types of take-off movement were analyzed in terms of support limb kinematics, take-off dynamics and muscle activation, in order to identify differences in motor control. Methods: 14 male athletes (22.6 ± 4.4 years; 182.4 ± 5.3 cm; 74.7 ± 6.2 kg) took part in laboratory experiment. Each athlete performed six different take-off movements (running, acceleration - first and second step, long jump take-off, high jump take-off and take-off to the hurdle). System Qualisys was used to analyze kinematics of the support limb. Dynamic of the suport phase was measured with Kistler 9281 EA force- plate. ME6000 apparatus was used to measure the muscle activation. Results were processed and statistically evaluated in Matlab (MathWorks, Inc) environment. Pair ANOVA, T-test and Friedmann test were performed to identify differences between take-off movements. regression analysis was introduced to find the relationship between parameters. Results: Significant differences in take-off dynamics are realized with not so significant differences in kinematic and electromyographic parameters. high jump and long jump take-offs acted most specifically in comparison with other types of take-offs. Two typically...
Výpočet stromových charakteristik v dubovém porostu pomocí letecké a pozemní fotogrammetrie
Homola, Petr
The bachelor thesis deals with the utilization of aerial and terrestrial photogrammetry for calculation of main tree variables, diameter at the breast height (DBH) and height. Both methods and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that were used for purposes of aerial photogrammetry are described by the available literature. The fieldwork is divided into two parts; terrestrial and aerial work. Terrestrial work includes the measurement of tree heights, DBHs and terrestrial photogrammetric imagery. Aerial works includes aerial photogrammetric imagery which was carried out by UAV. All the methods of field works and procedures of office work are described in the methodical section, where a description of the works is given for each activity. The final part of the work consists of result evaluation, comparison of the accuracy of the methods, evaluation of time requirements and assessment, whether the methods could be used in practice.
Využití biometrie synuzie dřevin dospělých smrko-bukových porostů k lesnicko-typologické charakteristice jednotek polesí Štoky
Straka, Prokop
Biometric measurements were performed on randomly selected areas, using the ArcMap application in communal forests of Štoky, supplemented with typological and pedological characteristics of the measured areas. Using the Statistica program, the dependence of the microrelief on the height and dominant heights of the stand were compared. The collected statistical data were subsequently evaluated. It was found that only 2 species of wood species are present in the measured areas, namely Norway spruce (Picea abies) and European beech (Fagus sylvatica). Trees have the highest elevation in the leading habitats, and in the middle slope gradients. European beech reaches the highest altitudes on the southern exposition in the measured area, Norway spruce on the western exposition. Furthermore, trees reach the highest heights on wet forest types.
Hodnocení ekologických limitů a zdravotního stavu hlavních edifikátorů lesních ekosystémů v oblasti Přírodní lesní oblasti Polabí
Soukup, Tomáš
This thesis occupies with environmetal limits and the european beech and oak trees in natural forest area 17–Polabí. Forests, whose age was at least 100 years, were mostly selected for the evalution. Signs of tree growth of both species has been reported in forest stands. It was also evaluated the quality and even the shape of the crown and the quality of the trunk. Last but not least, the incidence of harmful agents has been assessed. Data collection took place in the summer of 2018. In consequence, it was found that there are not ecological limits of both species in this area. At the same time it was it was found that there is no statistically significant difference between first vegetation tiers and second vegetation tiers. The both species growth is very similar, if not the same. Moreover, as expected, the difference between the 2nd and 3rd vegetation tiers in both the total height and the deployment height was proved. At the same time there has been no cause significant damage. Only Lymatria dispar has been detected relatively abundant occurrence.
Postavení a výchova třešně ptačí v porostu ve stavu převodu na les střední (ŠLP Křtiny - polesí Vranov)
Žalek, Mikuláš
Wild cherry is a promising tree for our forest management for ecological and economical reasons. In order to achieve a higher economic valuation of cherry wood, a special silvicultural measure must be carried out - artificial pruning. The pruning means removing the lower large branches and thus obtaining long, more quality boles without knots. The pruning of cherries took place in two differently old stands at the Training Forest Enterprise Křtiny. In stand A young wild cherry trees were pruned in three different ways: leaving only this year's increment (S), leaving the last whorl (P) and control, i.e. no pruning (K). In stand B several target trees, that were pruned, were selected and several control cherries without pruning for comparison of increments. The results show that pruning does not influence height growth, but the diameter growth has decreased with increasing intensity of pruning. The same decrease is observed for basal area increment. The data suggest that pruning should be done moderately at a younger stage of cherry development, when the removed branches are not too large.

Longitudinal Study of Children Growth in Central Bohemia and Prague with Respect to the Development of Passing Basic School Education
Povinská, Monika ; Vančata, Václav (advisor) ; Ehler, Edvard (referee)
For my dissertation, I have chosen to monitor and research growing children in Prague and in the Central Bohemian Region. Primarily, I am interested in the growth period of the younger school age (which corresponds to the first degree of compulsory school attendance). However, I also monitored and worked with the growth data of infant and pre-school aged children. The reason for this is that I needed the growth data from a longer period of time for a better assessment. I am really interested in the area of child anthropology because I belive the growth of every child is essential for their future. The final height and weight of the individual, specifically his/her total body proportions, can have a significant influence on their next life. I am convinced that this can have a major influence on the health, social application and self-confidence for each of us. Thanks to a very willing approach of a Prague pediatrician I managed to accumulate the growth data of children living in Prague. I would like to compare the obtained data with the data of children living in the Central Bohemian Region. I was able to gain the growth data of the children thanks to the friendly cooperation of my pupils'parents, my acquaintances and friends. Children were selected according to their health cards. On these cards...
Testing of the accuracy of the heights determined by GNSS
Kordasová, Klára ; Drápela, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kuruc, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to test the accuracy of the heights measured by GNSS RTK with service providers CZEPOS and Trimble VRS Now. The thesis deals with precise of height measurement with the influence of surrounded obstacles, such as multipath, fading with the tall buildings, presence of high-voltage lines, limited shadow horizons at the edge of the forest, and measurement under the ideal conditions. The work also deals with the comparison of the period initialization of these monitored conditions. In the locations mentioned a network of test points was built. For measuring GNSS Leica System 1200 apparatus was used. It was measured always five times in five-second epochs and three times twenty-second epochs for each provider in five locations and thirty points during the mornings and afternoons. For independent height comparison the technical levelling was used. The outcome can be applied in practical use.

Pecha, Marek ; Jebavý, Radim (advisor) ; Hojka, Vladimír (referee)
Topic: Comparison of bodytypes and proportions to performance of athletes Goal: The goal is to compare bodytypes of world elite athletes from past and present in athletic throws. Second goal is to compare weight and height in different disciplines. Methods: Research in specialized sources, analyse and comparison athletes bodytypes. Comparison of bodytypes with performances in disciplines. Results: We created a document which contain if body proportions are affecting on a throwers performance in short and long therm. From our results is obvious that hight and weight are really matters in some disciplines. We found a strong dependence in javelin throw and in shot put. In disciplines where prevails rotation moves is dependence much low or there is practicaly none. In the second part we found out differences in hight and weight in throws through the time. Key words: bodytype, long performance, athletic throws, body composition, height, weight, BMI
