Reality profession preschool educator

This thesis deals with the issues of novice teacher. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is focused on defining the concept of beginning teacher, to legislative requirements that are imposed for the profession of teacher in a nursery school and support, which is required by the law provided for beginning teachers. The thesis also presented the views of experts on the issue. The practical part presents the results of qualitative research. An aim of the research was put together information and expirience of novice teachers when they started their careers. Subsequently, from real interviews, there arise problems that educators face and vice versa activities in which they are confident and have them. There is a possibility to compare ideas and the reality that beginning teachers have in their first job boarded.
